Lukapo: From my little experience, ARM appears to be the best MMF managers for now. Note: I don't work with ARM neither do I have their share. I am only comparing the investment I have with them to the one I have with another MMF(name withheld). |

abraolas1: Firstly, is your app set up for online redemption? If yes then, If your money is below 1 Million Naira just press the menu option, redeem, enter the amount you wish to redeem, answer your secret question and wait to hear from them. Also, If your money is more but below 2.5 Million Naira you will have to increase your maximum redeemable amount. The highest is 2.5 per day. However, If your money is more or you did not set up your app for online redemption then you will have to go to their nearest office to you to redeem. Since it's all your funds you intend redeem you will have to write the exact amount you have there at the time of redemption. 2 Likes |

Re: Mutual Funds by odontoid1: 9:57am On Jan 09, 2020 |
fungirl89: You can register through any of the following ways: 1. You can go to any of their offices nearest to you and fill the forms so they can open account for you. or 2. Visit their website (https://arminvestmentcenter.com/MutualFunds/Details/1003) and fill their contact form so that one of their agents can contact you and you take it up from there. Or 3. You can get a direct contact of any of their agents from those who already have investment with them |

Apologies but is ARM a custodian of a bank or stands separate? The appraisal on it has been too positive and I have funds with both AXA and Stanbic MMF which I might liquidate |
Re: Mutual Funds by ernie4life(m): 4:40pm On Jan 09, 2020 |
C505: They are not a custodian, they are just a fund manager same as AXA, stanbic, investment-one, afrinvest, FBNquest etc |

Some banks accept transfer payments for arm pension ONLY and not arm mmf so please verify so as to avoid stories.... U can also visit their website and speak with one of their reps |

emmasoft: I think you are right about some mistakes made by them, on 1st Jan, i received from fbn quest some amount short my accrued interest ,I emailed them about my missing interest, no reply yet, then on d 7th Jan, received the exact accrued interest I was originally expecting, making it a double payment received from them, this is kinda confusing but I'm watching how things unfold. |

Re: Mutual Funds by faoogoke(m): 8:57am On Jan 10, 2020 |
emmasoft: Your submission is rather strange. How could they make mistake with regards payment of interest. I thought the whole process is automated. If it is automated then its garbage in garbage out. These applications don't make mistake. I stand to be corrected though and of course this is Nigeria. |

Re: Mutual Funds by emmasoft(m): 11:16am On Jan 10, 2020 |
faoogoke: Sir, it's not strange it happens once in a while even in an automated system. Mind you all systems has human input but the good apart about automation is that human errors can be detected and corrected which is what just occurred with FBNQuest. That not withstanding I am not excusing their lapses. Just speaking generally. 1 Like |
Re: Mutual Funds by odontoid1: 3:21pm On Jan 10, 2020 |
faoogoke: I share your view my brother. How can they claim there was a mistake? It raises a lot of concerns. What if they subsequently say that most of the accrued interest was a mistake? I did not want to comment more on this further but at least I have seen one person that thinks outside the box who will not just accept whatever they want us to believe. If, they really think it's a mistake, let them come clean by telling us what and how they calculate/calculated it. 1 Like |
