The Iranians weren't responsible for this. If that plane had been hit by a missile, it would have been a free fall. But the pilot even tried turning back to the airport.

For all I care this might even be the work of the USA and their allies. The nationality of that pilot is a strong ally of the USA. They no doubt collaborated to give more justification as to why the world should turn their back on Iran.

Let's just assume the plane crashed normally because shooting a public carrier down gives a different picture entirely.

More than 140 passengers were Iranian nationals, according to Iranian officials, suggesting that many possessed dual citizenship.

Already intelligence sources from the United States reported that the plane was downed by a Russian made surface to air missiles, while Iranian authorities declared that it was due to technical problems.

my thoughts exactly why would iran shoot down an airplane when it knows that most of the passengers are Iranians? Why target thier own citizens and other countries citizens just to spite the US when they know that Americans were not on the plane? Just imagine the kinda hate that goes on in Nigeria online thank God that it only occur online and not offline if not this country would have been gone

I had to log in when I saw this comment, it shows we still have reasonable international politics analyst that could think outside of what the politicians released as facts into the media wave. USA were wrong to have killed the general and yet they are still finding a way to make Iran feel like she is the most evil nation on earth. Iran could not have crashed the airplane and USA media outlets were so quick to direct the attention of the world to the fact that the crash was as a result of negligence of the Iran when they sent missiles to bomb the USA base in Iraq. Funny enough they made this speculation without seeing the black box. USA is the evil of this century. The world will outlast then. We will survive them and their powers as the world survived Germans.

Just wondering if we have any missile in Nigeria... Even if a fighter jet enters Nigerian airspace I doubt if it can at best be detected or at worst be downed.

You are the one who does not read your Bible. The old testament which you quoted has been fulfilled by Christ and he now ushered us into a new testament and life.

He said " We wrestle not against flesh and blood but against principalities, against powers and the rulers of the darkness of this world" He also said, " when your enemy asks you for water, food, give him because by so doing you will be heaping coals of fire on his head"(in a nutshell overwhelm him with goodness). He also said PRAY FOR YOUR ENEMIES and not FIGHT your enemies.

Jesus when he came to be arrested had the power to call for a legion of angels even after Peter cut off the ear of the Roman soldier but Jesus did no such thing.

Trump never threatened any strike back after the Iran missile attack in Iraq on US troops.
Since there was no casualties, Trump only issued economic sanctions and stated that Iranian are backing down.

This is solely on the recklessness of the Iran government. They should have better surveillance if they are battering about war.
