Well Buhari was not the genesis of the hate. The hatred already exists in the mind of most people, Buhari was just the perfect opprtunity for them to use to justify the hate.

No matter how court favors the lady, court can not deny the guy the ownership of the baby. He is the owner and no one else.

2nd, Amaka parent are not the parents of the baby. The baby belongs to both Amaka and Ibrahim. Amaka is no more, Ibrahim is the next person to take decision.


3rd, it does not matter if they killed Amaka or not. The point is, who is the biological father? And that's what the court will want to know. I have never seen any case where court denied a man the ownership of the child because they are not legally married.
