So does this in any way imply United midfielders do not work hard? Mostly considering we actually have a front four, not three. But for benefit of easy comparison, let us stick to three. When our front three return was poor, the midfielders were blamed. Now that the stats have gone up rapidly, who is to be praised? Chelsea and Spurs front three have poor returns, does it mean our midfield is better than those ones?

This doesn't imply the midfield is poor. Based on your initial argument, the midfield is even to be praised, particularly as I was showing you guys that their chances created were higher than those of Liverpool

Except for rotation purposes, Williams should never sit for Shaw again. The guy is a joy to watch.
