I did that here, but I got less response till they dropped.

Atlaticcityairlines.com
Autoworkshop.org other names I can't correctly remember.

Now I have Atlantaroofcompany.com, texaspowerplan.com and Chinaartificialturf.com.

May be gurus in the house can help out. 2020 man most eat oo.

Atlatic? I'm hoping this is a misspelling. Aim for those cities with higher population, say, 150k or more.

Autoworkshop/com would have been better honestly. Just go with dotcom for now.

AtlantaRoofingCompany would have made a lot more sense than AtlantaRoofCompany.

As for Chinaartificialturf, concentrate on US Cities alone for now.

Honestly, I'll advise you read more here. The names you have doesn't reflect that of a domainer who's been in the business for more than 3 years. Or you can contact iykepromotions. He'd be more than happy to help.

Keep buying more good names, your sale is always one buy away.

Best regards.

Have you been on the lookout for a platform that will help liquidate your expiring domain names?

Would you like to get access to cutting-edge, domain liquidation platform that will help you get value from your expiry stream?

If yes, I present to you NameLiquidate/com, an Epik/com service

NameLiquidate/com is a Wholesale marketplace for fast liquidation of inventory at prices as low as $9. Unlike GoDaddy that charges 100% commission when names get sold at expiration, the commission at Epik for name sold via NameLiquidate.com is just 9%.

To take advantage of the NameLiquidate program, do the following

1. Compile a list of names and authorization codes. This means ensuring the names are unlocked and ready for transfer. (For names registered at Epik please make a separate document, no need for auth codes.)

2. Send your portfolios to Daniel@Epik dot com with an agreement to the terms. You cannot lock the domains once provided and you cannot pull them from reverse auction once it begins.

If any of your domains sell, the transfer will need to be done the same day. Meaning fast-transfer when available.

Terms and Conditions

• I certify that am the rightful owner of these domains
• I agree to a 9% Commission Rate upon sale
• I agree to fast-transfer the domains when the request is sent by Epik.
• I agree that no domains sent for liquidation can be removed, removal will cause suspension (temporary or permanent.)
• I agree not to contact buyers of your liquidated domains post-sale or attempt to market to those buyers directly.

Best Regards
Epik

Abeg is it proper to outbound during weekends?

Some companies don't have weekends because they work everyday like electric/electrical, plumbing and heating etc.

Sales can come at anytime. Mind you, some bosses do read mails during weekends than normal hustling hours and working days. What you need is the right buyer at the right time.

Let me say:

To do those still expecting first sales, please continue to outbound and outbound. How can you send out sales letter to just 30 leads when the 31st person might be the right person.

This is my formula:
If send to 200 leads and out of that 200, 15 might say not interested or insult me. 5 will likely say how much and out of that 5, 2 Will likely counter my asking price with theirs and that's the deal. The more end users you send sales letter to, the brighter your chances of make a sale.

Getting good names is also key here. Get names with high monthly exact/broad searches, high CPC and with population of at least 100k and above. End users are usually scared of competitions. When they see a name bearing their service location and with competitors all over due to how populated the area is, they will ask of the price. Location is very key to Google searches too.

Check how many times the name you want to buy has dropped through domainindex.king. i saw one name like that and I discovered that the name has dropped and repicked for like 8 times. Any domainer that picks it will not renew it because end users were frustrating them I believe.

Pricing is important too. Don't always use godaddy past sales to similar domain names sold to price your own. List your domain between $200 to 600 at least for niche that are not too high in demand or that are offering services that are not even up to $20 per service. How do you expect a shoe repairer to buy your domain for $1400. How much e dey get for a month.

Another aspect is the sales letter. I think Its time to change your sales letter. That ik's sales letter is already a spam target by gmail if not already. Using that same letter by almost every one on daily basis will be given birth to spam folder, promotions or social on gmail account. Construct your own

@AAA593, thanks for sharing. I never knew one could check that via domainindex.

I have some questions, if you don't mind.

Are you able to gather up to 200 leads for every name you get?

Where do you source for all these leads?

How long does it take you to collect these leads?

Thanks.

Depends on the niche, location and demands. You are suppose to check if there are end users before buying. Very necessity. If you see so many end users adverts on Google that are over 7 pages, just know that end users will be much for that niche. It must not be up to 200 but at least 70 to 80 and above should be fine.
Some members here have Geo names but they can't outbound to 5 to 10 end users because they Are scarce.
The following do help
Google ( baba search engine
Yellow pages (this can give you over 50 end users)
Facebook (create a fresh foreign account to chat with end users rather than your normal Facebook accounts with all your friends from Nigeria) some won't respond if they see your profile and friends showing Nigeria on Facebook. Also if your timeline is full of shits.
Duckduckgo (better for related niche companies)
Bing (same as duckduckgo)
LinkedIn ( professionals in your niche)
Yelp ( most related companies to your niche and best companies in your niche and location. Take your time to message them one after the other)
Manta ( same as help)
Angelist ( same as yelp. use with VPN)

Good one right there. But one thing I have noticed lately while reading through some threads on Namepros is that all these white folks that are into domain business are in it as an investor(s). They don't mind holding on to a good domain names for years before it becomes liquid cash. They follow the ”Beauty is in the eye of beholder” strategy with their domain names and never let anything take the real value away from them.

Also, in this business, I found out ”grace” is attached to it somehow. The reason why you will see a newbie selling a domain name for $”***” value while an OG will still be struggling with one sale. All in all, this is a business that requires a high level of ”patience” with perseverance. Once you have these, with positive energy that you will breakthrough in this business, then you are good to go.

The secret is to learn, unlearn and relearn in order to earn.
