No I got admission at Madonna prior to getting admission at UNIPORT in 2016, so only the Madonna admission reflected on the jamb portal and I came to UNIPORT instead

The change of institution form you downloaded from JAMB has to be endorsed by Madonna university rejecting you and endorsed by UNIPORT accepting you, was that done and where did you submit the final endorsed paper.

Good evening sir Otokx, earlier this morning,I tried to check my Aris portal to know my date for medical examination but nothing was there, I was told I haven't been fixed to a date, but to my utmost surprised when I heard from people this evening that they've started assigning dates and time, I went online to check again and I saw that I was slated for today's examination by 8:00am, meanwhile I checked this morning and nothing was there. Please sir, what advice will you give me as regards to this issue?

Go to the health centre tomorrow and rough it out.

They told me at jamb I only needed to bring it to UNIPORT for endorsement. I have only so far collected it from jamb and the form only has space for UNIPORT
