I suppose you're applying for an MSc at TSU?
if yes, then you dont need to evaluate your O'level. you are to just submit your undergrad transcript to WES

Find a way to contact your institution to inquire, if you know someone there that can help. How long has WES sent it though?

I beg to differ. My wife's transcript was sent to WES in ~2 weeks after request. Same with the verification. Her evaluation is completed.
Unilag is the very frustrating one. Took them over 2 months to get my transcript sent to WES after visiting and following up. It has been about 2 months since WES contacted them for verification. They are yet to respond. My evaluation is on hold due to this. They are just the worst.

However, the school is saying they have issues with WES, that they're not receiving email from WES, so that means nothing can be done until they receive email from WES. Don't worry about it, when WES are finished with the 1st evaluation of ur documents, they will ask u to send just ur university certificate or trasncirpt, before the final verification. They won't ask you to send any WAEC/NECO documents.

Same thing happened to me, my NECO required documents were still appearing, but I wasn't asked to send it, now I am at the final stage of verification from my university.

hello, have you gotten ur report from wes? did they take out tge waec verification from your profile by themselves?

WES usually sends the verification request to the email & mailing address of the school. People tend to wait for the school to reply the email which might take forever. On the other hand, you can ask the courier in charge of your transcript to receive it, that is the verification request sent to the mailing address of the school, get it verified and send it back to WES. It comes with a cost though but it is faster and safer while the emailing is totally free but it can hinder ones progress.

I hope this reply isn't too late. Call the courier that sent your transcript to WES that it need verification from the school. WES would have sent one to the school mailing addess. The courier will receive it and take appropriate action, then send it back to WES. Don't rely on the email verification pls.

Wes is just fraustrating me.. Since 30 of dec they acknowledged my Verification reply...I am yet to get a date of completion. I have called and called, sent emails, chatted them on messenger and twitter.yet they stay they are still reviewing? Abeg i dunno what else to do

You should have asked the courier to include the photcopy of certificate to the official transcript. You can make use of hellofax. You can fax your certificate with your reference number written on it to WES. They will get it in two or three days.

You have to be patient at this point. have all your documents been submitted? WAEC and scratch card?

Hello... I also just saw this on my profile. The NECO bar appeared and what was written was ‘awaiting verification’ from NECO. I’m also in institution verification stage too. Would this be resolved and taken out later or does anyone know how to go about verification from NECO,if waec and neco has been brought back as compulsory documents for evaluation.

I had my evaluation April 2019 and yes WAEC was required, perhaps things have changed afterwards.

Was your reference number on it when you faxed it?

Send a photocopy of your certificate through DHL..... you should have included it when sending your transcript, to cut cost

It must be from your school, but if you must send it yourself, it must be properly sealed and must carry your school stamp.....

If you have anyone in the USA, tell them to help you do the calling, to cut cost...... I was also frustrated when I did mine, but it will definitely be done.... maybe they have so many documents on their system

It’s something they can actually do in few minutes..... if you don’t have much time, you just have to tell them, so they can hasten up..... verification is just to know that all the documents you sent were not fake
