My suspicion is that the lady and the cobbler were really dating. Anybody who read the story would know the girl is a big liar. The story doesnt add up. The guy soaked her clothes in water and snapped her nude and even recorded a video. Lies. Did he force the clothes off her body? She just came to his house, quietly watched him remove her clothes including pant if she wore any, then soaked them. Note she visited him. She also claimed she gave him 18k to buy a phone for her. Why would anyone give a cobbler money to buy phone. Is he a phone seller? How will a graduate give a cobbler money to buy phone for her. point of correction. No one is justifying sexual misconduct. Try and be objective here. Most alleged cases of rape made by ladies are false and are just set up. That cobbler has been having sex with her in the past. They have been dating. They prolly had made such sex videos in the past. That case wasn't the first. The issue here is that he distributed the video. If he had not, no one would have heard anything. She went to his house. Was there any mention of the guy having a gun? Do you actually think he forcefully removed all her clothes? How do you think a sex video made by an unwilling partner not under duress look like. Let's be objective and reason. Squandering the girls money, having consensual sex with her and stupidly distributing the video is enough to goad a lady to set him up. Did he squander the money? YES. Did he rape her? I think no.
