CSB, relocate to Abj and you may not have to spend this much on agent's fees et al. This is a pure rip off. Isnt there a regulatory body to checkmate their excesses? With 350 in KD/MX, you'd rent a standard 2 to 3 bedroom flat. More so, the agency fee is 10 percent.

if the rent fee is 500k then;
Agent fee = 10% of 1,000k (500k * 2) = 100k
Agreement fee = same as above =100k
Damages fee = same as above = 100k

But it defers in some areas thou

You are right o, despite the fact that government ordered rent request down to 1 year then most agents still dey collect 2 yrs agency charge, I just dont get how reasonable or logical that is
