Howyehh- Not the best i've read, but not bad. There's something about forced humour that makes an essay border on incoherence. However, the important thing is she was able to convey her happiness at visiting Ibadan again. I felt it flowing through her narration, and that's a very good thing. The presentation may be flawed but she conveyed her emotion.

Macknino- Average, but straight to the point. I like it because his flow of thought didn't meander. Slam, bang, thank you ma'am!

Akinowon 123- 'am' instead of 'I am'. This is a competition and you should bring your A-game, and I am afraid this doesn't count as an A-game presentation.

Chapter 1 vs 6- Average plus too many unnecessary details

BEANSandDodo- What I'm noticing is most people don't know how to skim and present the most relevant facts in a short story. This is very average. Unnecessary details.

Trojan 8- I learned skimming while reading novels in my teens. I skimmed through this user's narration and gleaned the entire story in 30 seconds because he was hitting meat of the matter paragraph by paragraph. Great job, I must say. 4 stars

Callertunes- Almost there, but not quite. 5.5/10 for the effort.

Lord Friar- He should have ranted about Ojo in the latter part of the narration, not at the beginning. He spent more time on Ojo than on the topic, which simply means he had a very shitty Christmas. That's basically what all that plenty grammar was trying to tell the readers.

Not bad, but not very good either.
