I booked a normal appointment for myself and booked flexi for my son. That enabled him do walk in appointment and our applications were consolidated at the VAC. So I spent 42k instead of 84k it would have cost both of us.

Congrats. A quick question though. Is the 42k a normal cost for the appointment?

Hello Gurus in the house. Im a student in the UK. My dad and mum wants to come over to visit me for a week. My dad works with the government and earns 400k a month. He has other investments like private business which he gets income from as well. My mum is into a large scale business which is registered. However, not to complicate issues since they have been denied once, i want my dad to be the sponsor. He does not really run his salary account apart from receiving salary and spending it. So it has a low balance. He has another account where he receives money from his other investments, which he runs and with enough money in it. Can he send money enough for their travel from this other account into his salary account and explain to the ECO he transffered it from his savings account into his salary account for the purpose of their travel?
Secondly, myself and my husband plan to book an hotel for them and cater for their feeding, can this be deducted from their expenses when filling the application? Thank you

My question is I am self-employed and my kinda job is I offer service to people that doesnt require receipts and invoices but my business is registered and I have a business account, so how can I proof everyday transactions since I collect cash from customers and pay cash also to the bank.

Pls I need your opinions.

Unless you needed to walk in as per urgent application, you can apply without paying for flexi, just book same day appointment for all family members and everyone goes in same time, your application will still be treated as family.

That's the thing. It is usually hard to find the same date and time for all members of the family. At least one person still has to pay. On TLS website, it is written that every member should pay.

i think we should download the application for and teach ourselves how to fill it and the type of documents to support each lines we fill.

i can see that alot of people not on this forum do shot themselves on there legs with what they fill and there doxuments presented.

an agent told one of my guy that he should be running his acount which is good and he adviced him to be lodging big and withdrawing big so as to convince the eco that he is a business man with no evidence of using dt big withdrawal for good bought (receipt or lpo)....i told him you might fumble by doing this, he never heeded to my advice and the agent even follow him up to the entrance in november, he got his passport back this morning, what was inside was nothing to write home about cos i am seeing something like MISREPRESENTATION BLA BLA BLA BLA....im afraid id they havent ban him.

so im of the opinion if we can bring up the application form and teach ourselves how to fill it correctly and the docs too.

Bros you're good to go, but you have to prove to the ECO that you have strong ties to your country of origin e.g. landed property / building, family members etc.., that was part of what really gave me an edge on my last application and I got the visa, it's just an advice oooooo.

Ah thank you for the advice. I’ll include data pages of my siblings passports and a letter from my grandma and data page of her passport too. Thank you! Do I need to include a chat log or pictures of me and my friend to prove we are actually friends. Is it something they check for as well?

do you pay yourself salary? You don't need to defend your business account, you only need to explain your personal income and expenditure.

Rather than moving money around he can submit both accounts and draw the budget from them.

Since you and your hubby will be taking care of accommodation you should mention that in the IV, they only have to budget for the flight ticket.

I don't currently have the refusal note with me to know if refusal was under 320(7a) but he mentioned something about false representation

Tracking has nothing to do with outcome of your visa application.

No ban was stated in my refusal note. And my application was last placed about 12 years ago

I'm thinking since I'm going for a conference related to my Business (Tech), I should just use only the Business account.

If it’s for fake bank statement that was discovered by the ECO after checks then...i’ll still advice.. Try and locate the refusal note and see the section it was denied under... that’s how you know. Paragraph 320 na him.. if it’s not.. awesome!
And dear it doesn’t matter if it was 1 hundred years ago... immigration history is immigration history.. that’s the sad news..sorry

• any exceptional, compelling circumstances which would justify granting the visa as failing to grant entry would be a breach of the UK’s obligations under the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) but I am yet to see...

@alkidam did u tender a statement with several large deposits? .. this is money lodgement and the extra income of 1m you stated..did you submit documents to show truly you are in receipt of such amount
