I don't know if it's only me ooo

My rating has never increase on bolt, always deceasing. Presently am on 4.55..im sure I get plenty 5* cos alot of riders show me the rating after trip

At least on Uber on sees how many 1* or 5* u have. Bolt will Just crash one rating anyhow. From.4.97 to 4.67 to 4.55... how can one explain this now

Abeg will I get blocked if it falls below 4.45?

The reason is because Alot of drivers beg for 5 star rating at d expense of quality services and some even go to d extent of tricking riders to give them their phones and they rate themselves 5star... cheesy grin

Night job get advantages and disadvantages. As for me o, anything past 10pm I'm omw home.

The risk involved is just too much to work midnight, for daylight these riders still dey try pull fast one on person. not to talk of night. Your life, your car, your phone etc.

I carry one fine girl yesterday, ibadan based. Naso aunty put her bag for backseat come relax for front beside me. As i notice. i say babe na gidi be this, boys no get joy o. Na inside trunk i throw the bag, no money for glass abeg

The truth is, I don't think any owner wants to give out his or her car for midnight hustle. Daytime-EarlyNight hustle is already as risky as it can get. Now telling an owner, after he has invested #1.5 - #1.9 million on a tokunbo car that you will be using it for midnight jobs ... mba.

"I will get back to you" is what you will keep hearing; you no go see car.

My opinion, though.

Hard work beats talent every time. It has to be the combination of both and not one in isolation of the other.

My brother work na wrk whether hard labour or mental labour.. The most important thing is to make the best out of it ... People that work in the oil rig na hard labour and very d's dangerous job .. The pay is good and it will tell on your body .. But again the smart ones will do it for few years save money and move on to better things ...Some will use that job as a steeping stone to move on bigger things....

Funny enough I was on YouTube watching Bloomberg business segment... And Aliko Dangote was been interview.. The interviewer ask how he was able to set up the refinery project.. He said he started with importation of cement and importation he wanted to set up cement factory ... So with the money from importation he was able to build his own cement factory.. And he said from there he was able to set up the refinery.. Everything is done by stage and plan.

So if the Uber driver plans very well , he can save enough money and buy his own car . And before you know it he will save enough money buy more cars and employ people to drive for him .. There are many successful stories like that, take Chocharis for example no be menial job he was doing before he got to where he is today....

And at the early stage of Uber five years ago. There is an uber driver name Ogunvick and a guy called Romeo. Those guys started as drivers and before you know it they were managing cars for a lot partners they were going to the North buying Peugeot cars .. They manage cars for far back from the North. They will buy the cars from the North drive down to Lagos. They employed drivers manage them etc . At one time these guys had about at least 10 cars under them .. But due to only God knows the business fail due to some shady things among the two partners of the business.. One partner register the business and made the other partner think that he is also a co owner of the business.. Some crazy stuff was going on sha ....it was crazy...... So my point is whether na labour job or mental job you dey do. Na you know your own goal and plan.. Nobody go hold your hands o .. Another example, you will see some of these Igbo boyz selling parts. Some of them will start with a small shop selling parts. Some will even sleep inside shop, before you know it that boy has open up his own warehouse shipping containers of parts. So my brother am done for these topic ..no be mouth person fit they talk everything o .. If you know ,you know ....as we dey type and post up and down . Some uber drivers are making money and planning their week on how to make more money o

Bros please call somebody else but certainly not coscharis. I listened to a radio show sometime in the past sponsored by fidelity bank, I think. The guy couldn't even explain how he grew his business. He just rambled from beginning of the show till the end.

He talked about his first business how he moved about carrying scale. He charged a certain amount of money to check your weight. But he just couldn't talk about how he transitioned from one stage to the other.

Go online and you could easily find stories of how Steve Jobs, Mack zuckerberg, Ray Croc(McDonalds) transitioned.

But since we are here talking about building from ground up, aunty radu the stage is open, oya collect mic.

What were your humble beginnings like?

Where my pop corn!? I trust you won't disappoint.

Good evening guys... I wish to thank you guys for your kind replies to my distress call, especially @Tojah who responded to my call and tried his best to arrest the situation.

She was able to reach my cousin who resides at Kazakh, so they are both trying to find a way to help her settle in. However, the so called student visa turned out to be tourist visa, which was what I was bent on trying to verify before allowing her embark on the journey.

Children of these days won't kill us.

Well the point of my argument is successful people started from somewhere. Even Pablo Escobar started from somewhere, he didn't just wake up one night and became rich. But the man that my post was directed to ,just wants to be rich over nite with out putting in the work.. He wants to start from the top not the bottom. And even Gazzuzu started from somewhere, if you are not willing to do the work that others don't want to do. You are not ready to do business.
There was a friend of ours back in school. Any job he does whether nay security or retail any job that some of us didnt want to do . The guy will do it and do it, when he got a 9 to 5 job at the office . He applied those same wrk ethic and he became a manager.. He left that company to go to another company. And now he travels around the world. So if you can't handle menial job at early stage of life, how would u handle the big ones ..
