nelod2large:interesting....., it seems to have been issued by the appropriate authority. However, are u visiting NZ to stay or u only transiting? Also do you have any other passport aside the Nigerian passport? |
Re: 8 Things You Need To Know About New Zealand by davodyguy: 7:57am On Jan 21, 2020 |
femijck:Hello bro. This is like 2 years Visa. What's the purpose of his travel, when they issue 2 years? |
Re: 8 Things You Need To Know About New Zealand by femijck(m): 8:11am On Jan 21, 2020 |
davodyguy:oga mi, no this travel authority is more of a transit visa than a visit visa.....it allows him to pass through NZ multiple times until it expires...usually I would expect this visa to be issued to someone with a visa waiver passport, tourist joining cruise ship from NZ or someone with onward travel plan just transiting through NZ. I remember this was in the news few months ago as it's just been introduced...it's usually approved within a day and only cost $35.... If u don't have a visa waiver passport, u not transiting, u can't board any airline with this. |
Re: 8 Things You Need To Know About New Zealand by davodyguy: 9:37am On Jan 21, 2020 |
femijck: I was wondering too the kind of visa they issued to him. These Travel agents are dubious. They may have packaged some things on his behalf. Recall that last year I was given AU transit visa upon obtaining my NZL visa first. The reason is that, I intended to transit Perth enroute to Auckland. My AU transit visa is valid for 1 year and multiple entries. I'm afraid, he can't stay in NZL with that kind of visa |
Re: 8 Things You Need To Know About New Zealand by femijck(m): 10:02am On Jan 21, 2020 |

Re: 8 Things You Need To Know About New Zealand by davodyguy: 11:26am On Jan 21, 2020 |
nelod2large: I am not saying you've been scammed, but it appears so. Ask them what kind of visa they applied for on your behalf. I just read through the visa now and found out they applied for a transit visa for you and you can't even sleep in NZL for 3 nights without a visitor visa. How much did you pay? 1 Like |

Good evening every one.... i was the guy that gave an agent 1.5m... I will start by thanking everyone on this thread for all d advise. Before i tell u wat transpired btw me and d agent recently, i will start by telling everyone the reasons why i decided to travel out of d country. Pls don't mind my writeup, i am not a good writer. I am happily married with two kids, i neva plan travelling out of the country because I was happy with the little salary i was receiving. Thè hotel i was working as a manager armed robbers came to rob there and my security man recognised one of the robbers, then my m.d reported the case to the police. Three days later one of the armed robbers that was recognised by my security man came and he was arrested. When i resume office my m.d told me that d Policemen needed car to search the suspect house that i should use my car, which i did. 3 months later on my way going home (7pm) i neva knew some armed men followed me, and collected my car frm me and set d car ablaze. d car burnt to zero it was God intervention i was not killed. I was informed by someone dat beg me not to mention his name dat he only told because he like me, dat some guys are still looking for me dat i should change Environment. I did, i had to close my wife business and packout of that area then also resign from my job. I felt dat was not enough that i needed to leave the country. First, i wanted to travel to Dubai since that will be faster for me, but some people advise me that job there is not else to get that i will only have upper hand if i do resident myself, everything we calculated was close 1.7 plus flight ticket and Dubai I D. So my cousin brother advise me i should not use such amount of money to go to place like Dubai that i should look for a better country with dat amount. That was how New Zealand came in. I explained everything to the agent, the reason y i need to leave d country and she told me new Zealand was available that i should pay 1.5m, that it will take 4 weeks to come out, that i will deposit 150k for a start which i did. 5 days later she said the embassy was on xmas break to resume next year January. January 8 she told me they have started my job, untill 23 of January 2020 my former m.d called me that d curt needed my attention that he has informed the curt e his no longer interested in the case dat the judge said i should come and tell them i am no long interested in d case too. But for me i wasn't d one who registered the case in d station, i can not remember how i register the case but dat aside... And ever since i resigned frm that job i am always indoor scared of the unknown. So i decided to call the agent after my former boss ended d call. I called the agent and my question was " when will the visa come out? i told her how my former boss called me and i am planning to change my numbers, that she should tell me when will d visa be ready so to know how to arrange myself, so she advise me to change my line and give her the new number that i should travel to lagos and assume i have travelled out of the country. That was our conclusion, later that night, she said she called the people working on my visa, that she told them wat i said. That they said she should ask me if i will go to Qatar since am scared that Qatar takes 2 weeks to come out. I told the lady, i can not go to Qatar. I told her the story of my friends years back, how my friends travelled to Qatar and came back with nothing that they should continue, but this one the people are saying i will still wait for extra 4 weeks before my visa will comeout that's plus 2 weeks total of 6 weeks. I told the agent, the package is no long xpress that they should reduce the amount for me. But am still interested in d new Zealand. That was our conclusion last night only to get message from her this evening that, the people said they remove my name and put in another person. I will forward the message to this page soon. I told d lady to please give me my passport and 150k. My conclusion on this is, God know best. |

FIRST MESSAGE FORWARDED TO ME BY THE AGENT FROM THOSE PEOPLE..... Good evening ma Concerning Mr. Promise application we talked about earlier, I understand the situation you explained on the need to leave the country as soon as possible. You recall I told you about the time required to arrange the New Zealand visa. If we have to wait for that one, he need to be patient for another 4 weeks at least. The only thing I can suggest in this case is of we can switch his application to Qatar. We have an opening for a tourist visa to Qatar now and that will take only 2 weeks to be ready. Qatar is a very nice country, with better opportunities than New Zealand. Besides, the ticket cost for Qatar is not more than 300k, compared to New Zealand that is over 1m. Let me know if he is interested so that we can make the move to retrieve his work from NZ tomorrow and put in Qatar for him by Monday. I'm only doing this because you are the one involved and I cannot afford to ignore your request. Take note if i am interested, i told her am not interested that they should continue with d new Zealand... |

ONLY TO GET THIS FROM HER TODAY.... Hello... good evening ma. I have read your message about this client. We had to withdraw his application as discussed yesterday and replaced it with another client, considering the pressure from him about the court case you said he has. We have quite a number of applications in process right now. Turkey is also a good destination if he is interested. However, if he insists, we will have to wait for another one or 2 weeks again before we put in another application, and then wait for 6 weeks for it to be out. Because we need to clear all the jobs we have in process before putting in fresh applications. |

Re: 8 Things You Need To Know About New Zealand by davodyguy: 9:01am On Jan 25, 2020 |
promzy555:I read your story. Desperation and anxiety led to you being scammed. You're talking too much, putting pressure on them, they knew you're scared and can't report to the police since you're hiding, they then preyed you. Forget agents, they have no link to the embassy. The only visa I ever did through agent is Dubai Visa, but not that they have VFS and Zenith Bank also does online Dubai Visa, I stopped using agents. I repeat, Agents don't have any access to embassy. Anyone reading my post should never give a Kobo to any agent for visa. My mum runs a travel agency, having worked for British Caledonia before they changed to British Airways over 30 years ago. He experience as senior ex BA staff made her set up a travel agency in 1980. They sell only tickets, they don't do any visa service because people scam through it. DIY(Do it Yourself) 1 Like |

Thank you sir for your advise. but am not running frm the Police, am only avoiding to go to court and tell dem i am no longer interested in the case. I fear the suspect will com after me. He might think i have the power to free him and i kept him there. On 24th of December another set of bad boys follow me it was God that save me that day. So i don't want to show my face anywhere again. davodyguy: |
Re: 8 Things You Need To Know About New Zealand by davodyguy: 10:01am On Jan 25, 2020 |
promzy555:Your comments still exposing your fears. Just read what you posted. What wicked people needs to do is to prey you again, since you still claimed some boys are following you. Be man and stop announcing to everyone that you have phobia. Do you know how many battles or strong people I have cases against in the Lagos State High Court in Ikeja? We have a matter against 'almighty' LASG in court and nothing will happen I'm not scared 1 bit cause what will be will be. Stop this attitude of some boys or some men are after you 1 Like 1 Share |

promzy555:The so called agent had abit of compassion on you and didn't want to scam u probably because of your situation....I'm very sure, same person is behind all those emails......NZ dont do all those shady visa deals and haven't issue Visa within 4 weeks recently If u think your safety isn't guaranteed, u should go to Dubai if it's easier to DIY and the 1.5M will help u in Dubai instead of giving it to any agent. NZ is regarded as the least corrupt country in the world for a reason.....no agent can get u visa through the backdoor . 1 Like |
