I'll suggest a Google pixel 3a by the way since camera is your main concern. . Don't really know but you can get used for 75-85k. You can also try pixel 2 as suggest above cause of your money. But my pick is 3a. Based on your post.

Why don't you wanna continue the iPhone line? Anyways I'd suggest you get the Google Pixel 2xl. You can get a neatly used model from legit guys here for around 75k
