So Amotekun is a threat to Nigeria's democracy (or you mean Fulani Hegemony) but Miyetti Allah is not? You see this is clearly why we need either to restructure Nigeria or Split it.

Amotekun was not the first vigilante formed to combat crime,all over the south east we have vigilante's in anambra there is the anambra vigilante service (avs) they are armed with pump action rifles and also adorn bullet proof vest. The security outfit was formed with enabling laws by the state house of assembly, at Enugu state recently the forestry guards were launched as a result of incessant killings and kidnappings by people suspected to be herdsmen.I guess the reason for the anxiety after the formation of amotekun is that its a regional thing unlike its counterpart from the south east which were created individually by states.
