9jatriot:Neither the SEC nor any other Nigerian government body currently regulates the forex market or any forex investment company. But other developed countries of the world do regulated the forex market, what we mean is that the government of this developed countries do licensed and regulates the forex brokers in their country, and that regulation covers any trader/investor that will be trading/investing under this government licensed and regulated forex broker. Any forex investment company must be seen to have its investment structure under any of the government's licensed and regulated forex broker, without that you might be investing in a disguised ponzi/fraud scheme, presented as a legitimate forex investment. Note that an unregulated forex broker should be a no go area for any trader/investor. Visit the link below to learn more on how to detect a ponzi/fraud scheme, disguised as a genuine forex investment. https://www.nairaland.com/5486596/ponzi-scam-fraud-schemes-fronting |

what did u guyz think about buying a land 12mill in Onitsha and build a 4 storey with 16 flat, thats 2bedroom and a parlour self contain and current cost at moment is 25k for a month making it 300k annually while the whole 16flat will be fetching u #4,800,000 annually. i dont really have idea the cost to build the 16flat in Onitsha bt it won't cost morethan 50mill, those in property section can knew much bettr and the tenant demand for such building is very high once in the painting process. or is it better to invest that money in Q1 2020 FG Bond auction today 10yrs tenor at 14% |

Greetings my fellow investors, tbills low rate is really making us all to think outside the box. Nigerians will always find a way where there seem to be no way. Pls, the percentage stockbroking firms are collecting, is it pct on the capital or interest from the capital? I want to invetst with Quantumzenith's MMF, pls who amongst you have any experience with them and how they operate? Quatumzenith is the investment arm of Zenithbank. |

Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by emmanuelewumi(m): 5:17pm On Jan 22, 2020 |
janga: I think a minimum of N60 million will complete the project plus the cost of land. At a minimum average cost of N3 million per flat multiplied by 16 flats will be N48 million plus N12 million cost of land making N60 million. I have a feeling you will spend more than N60 million. Meet a quantity surveyor to give you an estimate of the project |

Forex trading as a business is yet to be accepted as a legal business venture let alone recognizer by SEC. While the frontier has established regulatory protocols away from home, it shouldn't be discarded as an " illegal " venture in anyway. It simply involves enormous risk that can see the loss of one's capitals completely... ... Be that as it may, I've seen 5 M at a time in forex and don't see how and why it should be discredited as an unreal/bad business venture. Cc: FXManager 2 Likes 1 Share |

janga: As a property owner I advise if you have such fund don’t build in one location I advice splitting the fund into four places get a quarter plot in different hot locations and build 2 bed down and self contain up on each of the land .total cost to build such to finishing stage will be estimated to 7.9 m each.i did similar project recently. I don’t know how much quarter plot land will cost in your area just make inquiries. As for building projects I advice anyone do not contract out buy all your materials yourself and get labor pay per day and supervise them all through thank me later coz you will save a lot 2 Likes 1 Share |

Legendguru: I disagree. It doesn't follow with the Onitsha style of housing business. Having it four storey is the way to go about it. Space management, elegance of the finished structure would be more appealing than when it's mere bungalow apartments. Checkout architectural designs of such multistorey apartments online, and you'll like what you see Back to tbills |
