Please I'm a novice here, I don't know where to start.

Planning to marry this year by God's grace, Got HND, finished serving early last year, have been into businesses while in school, Bitcoin/crypto trading, blogging, etc, also have shops, no working experience actually, people work for me. I have about 2.8 million for this Canada processing, what are my chances where do I begin? please any candid advice will be really appreciated.

As our rulers are making this country unlivable, I feel i need to raise my family in Canada. would like to go first, this place is limiting my potential because govt won't support your business, instead, they do everything possible to frustrate you.

Good morning beautiful people, please i will like to confirm if i can pick my uncle as (Relative by blood living in canada) ,

(below was copied from immigration website)
Relatives in Canada
You, or your spouse or common-law partner, have a relative who is:

living in Canada
18 years or older and
a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
This relative must be a:

parent
grandparent
child
grandchild
your or your spouse’s sibling (child of your or your spouse’s parent)
your or your spouse’s aunt or uncle (by blood or marriage)
your or your spouse’s niece or nephew (grandchild of your or your spouse’s parent)

kindly confirm if i can use my Uncle (His dad and my mum's dad are siblings). Thanks for your kind response(s)

It appears you guys are second cousins. Uncle, in that context, means he's your mum's brother. Direct relationships are what they mean. My opinion sha. You can seek other opinions

where do you need help?

We need help to complete the "Proof of Employment" section. what are the acceptable documents apart from reference letter and tax clearance certificate ? Must the company be registered with CAC ? Is affidavit an acceptable document, supposing she wasn't issued any pay slips for the duration she has worked so far ? We are not familiar with this process at all. We can't afford to make any mistakes.
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 9 by bekayy: 2:54pm On Jan 24, 2020
Go to CIC's website. The letter must have number of hours worked for per week, job duties, annual remuneration . IT MUST HAVE FULL TIME OR PART TIME, company address which can be found if printed on the company's letterhead, must be signed. Mine was signed by HR.

You have to do your research. In the end you are responsible for your application. Go to justforcanada, Kubeir websites. CIC is your 1st port of call and then here. I am sure many of your answers would be answered.

No need for tax clearance. Don't do an overkill with your docx. Make it succinct so you don't get an additional docx request from your visa office.

For British Council, you need to raise a bank draft in any bank you have an account with.

The Recipient of the Bank Draft should be:
British Council Trading Services Nigeria Limited

Amount: NGN15,750

Take the bank draft to BC office with your old Test Result Form.
You would be given an EOR form to fill where you would tick the components i.e. the particular course module(s) you want to remark. Your old TRF would be viewed but wouldn't be collected from you till when you return back to collect the EOR results. The process is expected to take between 2 to 21 days.

If you have not received a response after 28 days from the date you recieved the acknowledgement email, please contact frederick.amatokwu@ng.britishcouncil.org and copy alexander.ofuyah@ng.britishcouncil.org. You should ensure that you provide your candidate number and test date in the body of the mail.
Please note that they state that they are unable to track the outcome of an Enquiry on Results until 28 days have passed.
Thanks

Hello guys.

Goodafternoon
A little information for those of us at the AVO awaiting PPR.

So I made a call to d minister of immigration Canada’s office and the Secetary picked. She told me that she have been getting calls from Nigeria on this issue that we should send our complaints through mail directly to the minister of immigration. That once he gets the mail he will definitely respond to our issue.

This is nice. I would like to make a few suggestions that might give weight to the letter to the minister. You guys in AVO should come together, for example using the AVO WhatsApp group, and draft a powerful worded and emotional letter that everyone will co-sign(atleast 50persons). Sending letters individually will not only fill his inbox, he wont read them and the words might not be in unison. Doing a task as ONE has always yielded a better result.

How Can Everyone Co-Sign? Its not difficult, just make the letter an editable ePDF, everybody in the group downloads it put his/her initials and resend to d group.

What stage are you presently? If you are post-ITA go ahead and submit your application. When you renew your passport you will inform IRCC via webform.

Do the work experiences have to be FULL TIME compulsorily? For example, I have two work experiences, one of them is part time which I did for 3yrs.
Stencil:
Your work experience does not have to be in the same NOC
You can combine NOCs.
Just make sure that you worked in one of the NOCs for one year continuous.
Many applicants have successfully combined 3 to 4 NOCs and got PPR. There is no limit in the number of combinations.

Pls I need help as regards this issue. Can part time work experience be used or it must be full time compulsorily?
