The educated ones are very good. They are quite humble.

It's not easy to top up , you are losing money with all that merry go round if you really think about it.

That's the problem. By the time you buy at black market rates plus all the charges for doing the transfer, the profit no go too make sense. Was doing some enquiries myself but got discouraged. .

The best way ,wait for a day when dollar exchange rates are really good, buy a lot , like Ur maximum amount , load your Dom açcount preferably stanbic and then transfer to d eurobond.

Yes it does. There's 2 plots on my street presently no one has seen its buyer for 15 years. I know roughly over 20 duplexes in Cream estates in ajah whose owners haven't been seen for 15 years now and have been overtaken by abokis. Property ownership is good but location and the kind of property is cream. Too bad I don't see it as a good investment to advice anyone to go into. From the second year tenants struggle to meet up rental fees. And getting new tenants can take a decade. Nothing like Fast moving consumer friendly businesses to me.
