Three notorious bag snatchers terrorizing the residents of Ipaja and its environs in Lagos have confessed that they do not use guns but only cutlasses to dispossess innocent people of their valuables including their bags during operations.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the suspects namely Ismaila Ibrahim, 20, Owolabi Seyi, 19 and Hassan Lekan, 20, confessed that they have not used guns to kill their victims but would use cutlasses to attack when their targets put up resistance.

I don't know why I always have this impression whenever I see boys like this with these kinds of small small low waist trousers tapering from waist down. I mean the impression that they are criminals.

They will just be annoyingly exposing their torn dirty boxers everywhere. As if that is not enough, the idiots will want to shake hands with you if by chance they meet you in places like eateries and malls as if they know you somewhere.

I can relate with one of their types on social media. He is just one of them, over 900 usernames, trolling and stealing everywhere he goes.
