I don't think any man will take it.... As in, when a case of emergency comes up, I should start going to the police station first to get permission, then when it is granted, I can start coming back to attend to the case.

I think such is applicable to only gunshots when it is not life threatening.

At least as you start the treatment........ A member of staff should be on he's way to the nearest police station......... Or you get the phone number of the nearest police DPO to you for immediate reportage of such case.........the police will come down themselves.

People can call you for different reasons at odd hours. It doesn't mean it's always for sinister reasons. They could have an emergency, or could need to ask you something very important. Even though it's not very tactful and even rude to call people at odd hours when they're supposed to be sleeping, there may be a legitimate reason.
I have called people at odd hours because it was very important (especially people I know are single), I have picked calls at odd hours because it might be important, even though it ends up being ridiculous atimes. I refuse to pick some calls at odd hours because I couldn't care less, they should go disturb another person's sleep.
But because your partner receives a call that late is not enough reason to get angry and stab her. She wasn't even the one making the call, but someone else called her phone.
You might get angry and even insult/shout on her, but why get physical?

Most guys just assume because they like a girl, it is reciprocated and they are in an exclusive relationship. Hence all the cheating and counter cheating stories.

Next time sit down your partner and discuss the boundaries in any relationship. Don’t just assume. It will lead to heartbreak.

See the reasons why many hospitals or clinic don't like to treat accident victims The police go after the professional life saver instead of going after the culprit.

This will only worsen the issue of hospitals abandoning victims to die because they don't have police reports. To be honest, that requirement is barbaric and makes no sense. In saner climes, everyone, including criminals are treated or at the very least, stabilized first and then handed over to appropriate government agencies if need be.

I don't know what concernt the clinic owner,I don't what kind of law prohibited the clinic not to render first aid even to an armed robber.. Police should please updated her self to new bills from national assembly..

Is there a designated member of staff in a hospital for such a task? Imagine at night time where they have limited staff normally. Is it the nurse that will go to the station or the doctor? Or perhaps the cleaner without a car that would walk alone to the police station at night as if it's safe to do so?
Even the services of the cleaner are needed in the hospital at all times, if same patient or another vomits or bleeds everywhere.
And I'm sure the emergency service numbers are almost non functional in their state. The government should not leave such a responsibility to citizens when they have not made the necessary provision for such

I guess the medical team did not do a good job. From where i saw the dressing and subsequent
bleeding, the stab wound injury must have affected an internal organ like the right kidney.
The dept of the stab wound was not taken into consideration the medical team as i said b4, wrong assessment.
It's unfortunate, been jealous does not mean fighting and stabbing. Immature pple who don't know how to
