You're right! I do a lot of research work that involves the use of questionnaire and one on one interviews which shows a higher percentage of the Yorubas are Christians. They are more in Osun and Oyo states, but Ondo and Ekiti has very few, while Lagos and Ogun has a bit of both. However, my personal observation is that the Muslims support each other more, hence their ability to get financial aid easily and do better in businesses

That we don't make noise like muslims in north doesn't mean we are minority.
We have at least the 80% of the population,
minus Ibos that fill all part of our land,where are the christians?
Go to church on sundays then check how many of it members that are yorubas.
Start with all this one shop church.

Excluding Non Yorubas, Yorubas in Lagos are about 60% Muslims - 40% Christians.

Ogun
Excluding Non Yorubas, Yorubas in Ogun are about 80% Christians - 20%muslims

Oyo
Excluding Non Yorubas, Yorubas in Oyo are about 55% Muslims - 45% Christians.

Ondo
Excluding Non Yorubas, Yorubas in Ondo are about 91% Christians - 9%Muslims.

Ekiti
Excluding Non Yorubas, Yorubas in Ekiti are about 98% Christians - 2%Muslims

Osun
They are about 53%Muslims - 47%Christians.

Note that,
there are some towns in Ekiti that doesn't have any Muslim presence.
