I once stayed in the so-called "scorpion house" in Lagos and while I was there I was searching for jobs, but I was managing in one secondary school.
People kept telling me that it was because of the house that i cannot get a job bla bla bla. I thought seriously about this and had to make a decision too.

I thought to myself. I believe in God. He is the master of the universe. Then who the hell is that witch or wizard in the compound that would make me lose my faith?

In summary: I will belittle God if i believe in all those trash. I stood my ground on my faith even when things were looking dull.

Las las, i got a better job and left for a better apartment.

There are two things militating against you:
1. Your new environment
2. Your new co-tenant.
3. Better see a a good prophet, man or woman or God, or even a powerful spiritualist to arrest the situation otherwise the
downward spiral will not end in a hurry. Someone or something has cast a spell on you and your finances.

Don't jinx yourself for failure. Its normal to experience a downward trend in business. Not everything is spiritual.

My brother run for your life before you start putting your properties for sale on social networks, I rented this apartment on Island last year could you believe throughout my 8 months stay I couldn't collect a single job not to talk of executing any project cos am into building construction.

I was forced to sell some of my properties before I could move out of the place with my wife, those landlord and landlady are something else when it comes to making money by all means.

I pray God leads you through the hard time but the better you make the move of leaving the hell house.

Since you suspect the house then move out to somewhere else. Let's see if it continues that way

My advice for you is to leave the house with immediate effect otherwise you should go for 40 or more days fasting and prayer

I have just being laughing since i read this your post.... Honestly, some houses foundations are demonic.... Either you move out or you embrace Prayer which is the key.....

I reside in a plot that has 2 Houses.... when I came into the house, I sensed some strange feelings and spirit.. infact it got to a stage where strange foolish dreams where coming steady... There was a time I had constant dream of fire burning. I remember getting up one Morning with live smells of fire..
My Brother, I enter full time into Prayers.. One certain day, I came out in the morning and saw a dead black bird in front of my house.
before you know it, people where dropping dead back and front in the neighborhood.. almost every week 2 people drop dead.....
about 2-4 buildings in my Neighborhood have caught fire and burnt to ashes..
Infact my own Neighbour who was living large with his family, has become below poverty... The Man lost his job and was put in prision and His Family is in total shambles.. I remember the little daughter telling her mom the dream she had about her.. I tried to get her to JESUS but she refused.. only to see the Family become a full wreak..

oga your business has been dwindling, the last stage of it simply coincided when you entered into the new apartment. otherwise how can you explain withdrawal of the last 5k in your account.. it means you were actually going south.

Thats the problem with this 'grace of God' bullshit. It's best to know and understand what brought about the success you had in your business and continue that line or improve it. Thats a better analysis than 'grace of god'.

Op... While it may look like a spiritual factor causing it, I want you to also consider some natural human factors which could also be a probable cause of what you're experiencing. Cos I also experienced something similar around the same period you stated here.

Sometimes last month stroke early this month, my online biz dwindled so much that it affected my finances so.badly that I began to think it was one spiritual cause or something close. But then I began to consider other factors like... The times and season we are in.

Its December, and everyone is spending on stuffs for the xmas celebration and hols. So that could affect online biz as most will not be interested in doing any online biz at that time.

I also considered another probable cause which could be time of the year we are in (January).
People will be trying to save up for their rent, childrens school fees, as its the beginning of a new term. And other micellenous spending. After consdering all these, I then rested my case and hoped on God to see me through this period. I also prayed Incase of any spiritual cause and I can tell you, doors are already opening cause I got 2 schools within a space of one week after I joined the prayers and fasting in my denomination. And that alone is a good sign that biz is going to be great this year.

So I'll advise you key into the ongoing fasting a.d prayers and see God move away a physical and spiritual obstacles hindering your progress.
Remember, the spirirtiual controls the physical. So what ever be the cause, prayers is your best bet.

You should have made some investigation about the building before moving inside, things like this do happen, maybe the owner of the building might have dug some charms in the building to attract whatever good that might come to the person that occupies the building to himself, just meet your pastor to pray for you and advise on the way forward.

Well sometimes you may experience low turnover or lower traffic in business, but believe me not to the extent that you wont have a single patronage

Spiritually, sometimes the house you live in may affect your means of livelihood, depending on what/where the landlord or landlady acquires the wealth he/she use in building his house.

Nothing is wrong, dont start thinking that your preposition caused the slide in your biz. Everything will be fine. January is always a time most clients readjust systems of business. few days you will be getting clients back.

I think so. I had same similar experience. There is this house i was leaving then, first it was going smooth then later i started seeing changes which i cant even explain, things are not going right for me, i cant even afford to pay the rent when my rent has due..all other tenants are making jest of me and spoiling me to the landlords. Then the landlord came to padlock my room at night, i beg him tire and promise to make payment in 4 days before he open back the door. Then i called a friend to let me pack in with him for the main time because i know i wont able to get the money within 4days i promise. I packed out all my property in midnight without letting other tenants and neighbour know. They were all shocked the next day when they saw the room emptied. Since i left that compound, all things i lay my hand upon are always positive. I didn't even spend 3 weeks with my friend before i got another self contain apartment in a very serene enviroment . Na single room wey full of smokers and drug addict i dey stay before. I thank God for my life Presently. God will help you too.
