I did not write Waec. I wrote SAT after high school.

WAEC 1
Jamb twice
Passed well in the JAMB both times but was too young the first time.
Ended up not using any of them

SSCE - Once (WAEC and NECO same time)
UME - twice (didn't score below 200 in each of them)

Wrote jamb twice

I wrote waec twice. First one my name didn't come out all. Second one I cleared all my subjects

Jamb. 2 wice. But i deserved once. Tried in ss2 failed liked pdp. Ss3 well i pass half mark. Waec. I zoom pass am on top speed. No looking back.

took jamb four times and failed predegree the second to the last jamb I wrote was the weirdest ever ,it was the last time ppt option was available, finished like 35minutes before time ,assisted three people with theirs who eventually would call me to tell me thanks having passed theirs all 200+ ,I think the highest of them got 238 then and guess what I had ...178 i think I sat up that night like frozen lol , none even bothered to ask me how far lolz because of course they were expecting me to smash it.

but thanks to my aunt , she was patient ,kept encouraging , paid for lectures and books for me , she got me some job at some cafe to keep.me busy ,hmm I just finished my project as a final year student a week ago by march I am gone to serve my father's land.

now I think of it ,perhaps I could have asked for a remark hmmmm oh well its all good , mom I made it .

I wrote WAEC and JAMB 3times, but sincerely, failing those exams doesn’t mean you are dull or you won’t pass if you reattempt it after failing different attempts, you just need to understand that there are different factors that causes failure, don’t just look at your result and be disappointed in yourself, look beyond just sitting and writing an examination when next you are writing the exam, analyze the likely factors that are making you fail the examination e.g some people fail because they can’t cope with tension,some fail because they can’t manage time,some fail because they don’t get enough rest before they go for an examination and so on...so make sure before rewriting an examination know the likely mistakes you are making and hit harder. Finally, never make the BIG MISTAKE of giving up..GOODLUCK

Those who wrote waec and jamb in my time, na dem write something...the class of early 90s here would bear me witness. Na only wetin we dey call four figure table and our brain we dey carry go exam hall. Unlike now when calculators full everywhere. I wrote waec twice and jamb twice. The reason for repeating jamb was, I made my jamb but had a P7 in physics so i sat for GCE immediately and cleared it, now had to repeat the jamb again

I wrote all my papers once. I passed WAEC, GCE, JAMB, and post UTME once. I didn't write NECO. My biology teacher told my mum to forget about registering me for NECO since she thought I was going to pass since I was a bright boy.

For those having to write multiple times unsuccessfully, I would say you shouldn't be hard on yourself. We all can only do our best and hope for the best. Life is too short and precious to waste away worrying, being depressed, and not having your peace of mind. Forget about what people will say and don't feel sad that your mates are moving forward and leaving you behind. Fück people's opinions and the expectations they have of you. You did not come into this life with anybody and you owe it to no one to fulfill their expectations. Keep on being happy.
