Canadian Slams Nigerian Police For Assaulting And Labelling Husband Kidnapper by Nobody: 2:48am On Jan 30, 2020 |
A Canadian lady has called out the Nigerian Police for assaulting and extorting her husband they allegedly labelled a kidnapper/highway robber. Calling out the Nigerian Police via Instagram, @sandytoes.15 said the incident occurred shortly after her husband was accosted by alleged police officers who wore black jackets with an “anti cultism” inscription, with no names, no badges and no ID at Cele area of Lagos State. She disclosed that her husband whose phone was smashed after he tried making a call, can barely walk and is now physically and mentally struggling after the incident. The Canadian lady wrote; This will NOT be the last I speak about this, this will not be all that I do. Mark my words @nigerianpolice @nigeriapoliceforce , I will be in contact, and you will be so SORRY you even laid a hand on my husband. This happened in cele, at the abandoned police station just across the bridge.. He was put into a white van, with officers who wore black jackets with write ups saying “anti cultism”. NO names, NO badges.NO ID. There was about 15 other men in this truck before they had thrown my husband into the back. Men that were beaten and begging for their lives. When he got there, he saw about 40 other men, who were there before him, that they picked up randomly on the sides of the roads. These men were obviously beaten, and not being taken care of, and treated worse then animals. When my husband tried to make a phone call out to his brother, who is a lawyer, the officers threatened to kill him, and smashed the cell phone in use, and beat him and his cell mate. The cells had feces, urine and rats roaming around. The officers said that they would kill him, and label him as a kidnapped, or highway robber! These other men, faceless men, who may not have funds, family, or the means to save themselves against these dangerous people the Nigerians call “the police”. My husband now, who can barely walk, was LUCKY compared to some of these other victims, but he is physically and mentally struggling. This is a huge danger, and a huge step back in the world! Nigeria you need to be holding these men accountable, and holding your country accountable for the danger you are putting your people in! Many people died, and NO-ONE is speaking to get the justice, so here I AM NIGERIA, infront if anyone who will listen, infront of the LORD, HERE I Am. A change will be made if it’s the last thing I do! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nWEbTCeRJl0 https://www.lindaikejisblog.com/2020/1/canadian-lady-slams-the-nigerian-police-after-her-husband-was-allegedly-assaulted-and-extorted-after-being-labelled-a-kidnapperhighway-robber-video.html

Shibaraba:Nigerians from diaspora remit over $30 billion dollars annually back home. And despite the tremendous impact they have on the economy, they are being assualted and extorted when they come back home to visit family. |

The rogue men of the Nigerian police only know how to intimidate, torture, extort and in severe cases, extra-judiciously kill innocent Nigerians at will but will shudder, cringe and scream when posted to face herdsmen, bandits and bokoharam. |

That body of human beings identified as "Nigerian Police" is anything but police. They are now more of licensed thugs and criminals than law enforcement agents (apologies to the few "police" among them). You have a case, they extort you, you don't have a case, they extort you, what kind of societal burden is that? The body has finally succeeded in constiting itself as a monster in the society and no one seems worried. The advice we keep getting from members of the society is "don't argue with police o, they will frame you up", yet non of these useless people in Abuja is doing anything about it. All they are interested in is how to share public money under one guise or the other. I read one piece about 3 days ago about one man's encounter with the police, the only plausible conclusion I came up with is that the police is now an open cult unleashing havoc on Nigerians and getting paid for such. And whatever you are in the society, they don't give a damn as long as you are not a uniformed man. I have had my own share of ther impunity and I doubt if anything good can come out of them. They get properly indoctrinated during their initiation rituals (basic training school). |

Freddykrueger:With the proposed phase withdrawal of the military from north east and allowing police to take over, the clowns were saying they were not trained to kill, then I wonder if those killings of Nigerians we have been hearing of are not qualified to be called "killing". |

My dad almost got kidnapped 2 days ago, fortunately one of the kidnappers was caught and the rest ran away, when they called the police emergency number the nearest police station was the last to arrive the scene but by then the other police station has taken him away, when they went through his phone they saw pictures of those he has kidnapped and those he planned to kidnap. The case was transferred to headquarters yesterday. The local police would have taken money and allowed him freedom. Police are the worse kidnappers |
