Well, it depends on what Challenger you're talking about. Anything below the Hellcat loses to the Camaro SS. And the Hellcat is a lot more expensive.

This issue has been laid to rest countless times, the manual compressor would take a huge toil on the Engine, you won't enjoy the car again.

But on a serious note sha... If I was you I would have installed the manual compressor tey tey.. Engine is a V6, it can handle the extra load, that same engine was probably used in other cars with FDC..

NB I am not advising you to replace a VDC with FDC

Your last life line is Radautoworks, but compressor are pretty pricy generally. she should be able to get one since the ES is a US model

But on a serious note, isn't it possible to have a universal compressor just like adaptors that have range, so no OEM has compressor like that?

Guymen still dey flog this manual/automatic AC issues for here. My guy if you carry cash contact Aunty Rad make she nack you quote (even baba for the boys eriko2k2 japa when him hear quote for servo), if you no hold am stand - kuku enter Ladipo do the needful, don't tell me a 3.5L 2GR-FE V6 with more than 280 horses won't survive the extra inconvenience if it is properly done. I am speaking from experience, did it with a Benz M112 engine with way less power and heavens didn't fall.
