Going by workforce last email, I guess the delay lies with the client, but then again, since mid of November, haven't they finished with their own assessment of the applicants performance? or maybe, the branches they wanna post successful applicants are not ready yet.

So I called Workforce today, and the response was that it is still under review that we'd be contacted when the client gets back to them.

Workforce has sent message now, that the AC is still under review and updates will be next year.

That mail didn’t tell us we passed or not, still leaving us on the uncertainty path. They even said “thank you for your continued interest”, interest that I have lost already...

No word whatsoever.

But FRM another angle, why did they incur cost of recruitment if dey never ready?

You mean the non interest bank? perhaps they're not ready to expand yet. And just like Jaiz or so, they don't appear commercial enough. Imagine a bank having branches like Microfinance Bank. Can they even pay well like other commercial banks?

what if it's not a non interest bank? "non interest bank" only came with first mail, the subsequent ones are just "new commercial bank"... and going by this link, they only have 2 branches yet, or am i missing something?
