And that was when players value were still cheap and market was not that inflated. If it was now he would have spent £800 Milllion pounds to get the same quality of players at the current market rate. Considering how inflated the market is, I am not sure spending close to £200 Million in 6 Months, bringing in 4 players in different position is bad.

OGS has a first eleven good enough for top three, barely. squad depth, however, is almost non-existent. it's a litter of has-beens and inexperience. it's of no use cherry picking who's messiah and whatnot. any lengthy lay off for up to 3 players in the first eleven will spell inconsistency. it's just facts to the bare bone.

When did Pep join City? You're making it look like he made those signings a decade ago when in fact he made those signings barely 2-3 seasons ago. As much as you claim Pep also spends money, Laporte, Mendy, Walker (he had fallen out of favour due to the emergence of Trippier) were they for the taking, even if Man City were to sign them now, they wouldn't cost any penny more.

Ours is a case of poor administration on just about every front bar the business side of things. We over paid for Maguire and Wan-Bissaka, you can add James but because it's 15m, people don't seem to get bothered. If you doubt, compare the wages of players we parade to their contemporaries in other teams and you'll see just how incompetent the board has been...

Jones was being ask for by Arsene Wenger before he retired. Some other clubs showed interest at the time. Lingard was our most consistent forward player for two years even benching Martial.

Make una keep to dey argue as for me, I still dey happy mood for getting Bruno. Lol!

Meanwhile, I really want OGS to stick with 3 - 5 - 2 Formation, but with a bit change in the Lineup once we have all Players fit.

I will like the back 3 to be AWB, Maguire and Lindelof. WBs to be Dalot and Williams.

The trio in the middle should be Pogba, Fred and Bruno, and with pairing of Martial and Rashford upfront.

Backup Players should be Romero, Henderson, Bailly, Tuanzebe, TFM, Shaw, Matic, Perreira, McTom, Gomez, Garner, Laird, Levit, Chong, James and Greenwood.

Not mentioned should be released or sold in the Summer..

Guys have forgotten how influential Lingard was for England at the world cup and how he was ahead of Martial in United team selection at the time.
