Practically every school except MUN. I'm not 100% sure because I haven't checked EVERY school in Canada but I know most schools don't require Nigerians to submit any English Language test.

Godsblessings

I would suggest you call the undergraduate admissions office and request to speak with the Registrar regarding that. I did that and it was "waived" although I had a different case. I have a Bachelor's degree and the Registrar also made me send my expired IELTS test reporting form (expired in January 2019). On my admission portal/self service, English Proficiency has been waived for me.

Like mcobex said, you can always try.

Not all schools waive it for Nigerians and I think MUN doesn't do that for undergraduate students. Try to talk to them and explain that English language is the language of instruction back in Nigeria (though they are aware of that already) and you will like them to waive the IELTS/TOEFL score for your sibling(I doubt if they will accept though but no harm in trying).
They will be in a better position to assist you
Haha , thank you, will try

Memorial University of Newfoundland doesn't waive English Proficiency test for undergraduate students coming from Nigeria. It's a compulsory requirement and your sister will have to sit for the exam and attain an overall 6.5band in her IELTS exam. I would suggest you apply to University of Winnipeg or University of Regina, these schools are very fast in issuing acceptance to undergraduate students and they also DON'T require any English proficiency test.

It will end in praise
Ameen, thanks so much

If the biggest problem is not being able to make the trip, then it can be solved. if it's all about student tourism, then it can also be solved. What is your main question?

Hello Gurus,
I re-applied fir study permit last year November 13th but my status still says that my application is still under review (Background Check and Eligibility). The resumption date for the school has passed. I had to reapply to the school, same program. I have been reaccepted with the same student id number. My question is, should I send the new acceptance letter to CIC through webform so that they can update it on my profile/ application?
Please i need ur advise.

I have a 3.48 cgpa in Architecture for my B.Sc. I know that Canadian schools doesn't admit for Msc anything less than 3.8 cgpa. I want to apply for PGD but most of the colleges I see are asking for WES evaluation. Please house help me with colleges that doesn't ask for WES course by course evaluation. Thanks in advance.

They have included my transcript but have not included my degree cert.

Please when did you see this update on your checklist? I'm also expecting this, they haven't still included mine . They only sent me a mail on the 26th about the blizzard that caused them to close up their office which is the reason why everything has been on hold .

Please house am a silent follower. Partly because am considering my options between US and Canada.
But the recent visa barn to Nigerians to the US made me concentrate more on Canada. Moreover Canadian schools are considerably cheaper than the US and i learnt they don't deny genuine students visa like the US. Because i don't have a sponsor am looking at the cheapest schools in Canada. Am starting a fresh because i got a pass in my HND.
I've seen a cheap school in Toronto which is everything i need but it's a Community College.

Please has any Diploma student here ever been successful in the embassy?

Has anyone going for a diploma succeeded in getting a visa?

Please i need all the advice i can get fellow Nigerians.

Expecting your responses.
Thanks and God bless
