……To build a new factory

Over the last five years, Tomato Jos has run Nigeria's largest active tomato farm in Kaduna, producing 7 billion tomatoes, with yield 7x above the national average. Now they are set to build their Tomato processing factory in Kaduna to produce 10% of Nigeria's Tomato paste demand.

I can't wait for their Tomato Paste to be available on retail level. I hope it will. These guys are really doing a great job. From Nassarawa and now here. The farmers in their network must be lucky.

They should however watch out for insecurity. cool

I like American and Netherland Agric farmers than those ones from India and China. These two countries are way more greedier than Nigerian farmers. It's unfortunate Dangote is in partnership with Indians, their wahala is too much

I can imagine how much they will budget for Mopol protection against Fulani criminals from Sudan

While the government is embarking on fruitless oil discovery expedition in the Northeast, a Finnish woman is busy making millions from Agriculture in Jos.

You see this country ehn.. Evacuate the 200 million people here to the US and bring the whole of USA here.. In 20 years, Nigerians who were moved to the US would be battling to get visas to return to Nigeria.

Wailers instead of demanding productivity from their governors are busy berating El Rufai who evidently is very busy attracting investment to Kaduna state.

Too much wailing may have removed all the moisture content from their brains

What's the standard?

I listened to Tunji Andrews' show on Nigeriainfo Fm (Money business and Economy) on Wednesday and she was mentioned.

There are standards required to met before she starts selling. Some of these standards are set by international regulators and this is one of the reasons Nigerian Yam and other Agric products are banned from being exported out and imported to their countries.

She should not just focus on the Nigerian market, where everything goes, but ensure what;s being produced meets international standard.
