question: how did u get over ur heartbreak ?

Well I read my bible while I cry ,, reading verses that says how God loves me no matter what , I can drop the verse for any one who asks , then I take some acohol , then eat heavy n sleep. The next day I do chores , go to work n get really busy ..continue with the same routine till I am over it , so what about you ?

Aww... I'm even here for the exact reason
I cut off all contact with him.
Distract myself with twitter or instagram. In this case, nairaland.
Eat as much comfort food as i can. Esp chocolate icecream. Or take a glassful of my favourite redwine.
Stroll out in the evening.
Avoid all my friends.

Foremost, enjoy my own dark humor.
Its fun looking at the sh!tty side of things i once admired

Well, I've never had much experience on heartbreaks but I can say crying helps to let out tensions when hurt. It washes out some pains, sobers the mind, cleans the eyes so as to see thing clearly. So yes it helps a lot. I dread it though because I make hard decisions that are almost impossible to reverse anytime I clear a tear from my eyes. Good thing though, I hardly cry.

Rather than crying, nagging and seeking sympathy from people, taking care of yourself and concentrating your energy on what keeps you busy is the key.
