But In a recruitment process of a place like NNPC, it is better to keep such informations confidential, because there are many influential people in this country who have interest in it, sons and daughter of powerful people. This same people are the reason the process took this long, the delay made some of them reluctant, I can still remember the rumour of misunderstanding that happened between HR and Management. Whatever the case, they got a way to complete the process, God know what they did to the hungry lions, but what i believe is not all d lions' thirst and hunger will be quenched in the process. Now by posting about the release of APL, most of this applicants who knows who will be alarmed and they will surely call their connect. And one thing i am sure of is, it will come as a surprise to some, and they will fo all they can to verify wether their candidates are included or not. If one way or the other their candidates are not in the list they will pull whatever string possible to delay the process and make HR do some changes. It is how Nigerian system works. So the more we disclose APL is near the more Lions we wake. So i suggest stop pushing jarus or anyone with legit source for specifics because its only getting things worse. And the more dates are disclosed the more the wait. We should keep praying, we have done our part, God will do the rest.

If they had really printed APLs, the resumption date would have been leaked no matter the secrecy of the recruitment, because even those in power (HRs) have candidates who are also looking for similar information.

All nah wash. No letter was printed actually. How can an organization print employment letters and store in their warehouse? Who does that!

You were not wrong In the first place, that info was too sensitive that is what I discussed with someone yesterday about the possible effects of the info, trust me a lot of wicked people on this thread can use same info for something else, who knows weda there are spies here.

Please guys let’s learn to not dish out sensitive info, I too made same mistake , NL is full of mixed multitudes, I would just let whatever be whenever it’s gon be..

We must not turn the narrative on it's head. The alacrity to post the info on the web was the action with the liability which must be borne in good faith.

It's an unfortunate ordeal. Nonetheless, blame should be apportioned accordingly.

P.S.: it's obvious some people don't have any business being sources. Jarus source being referred to. A certain HR personnel even gave details of how names were substituted to achieve regional uniformity and no fuss was made about it.

Nawaaaaaaaaaaa ooooooo. Inside life. I just wish it's easy to completely take my mind off this recruitment. Wtf!!

If a big company has already prepared offer letters for new recruits, one mans post on his blog cannot make them withdraw/delay the whole thing and spoil thier schedule.

If this is what has happened, then this shows gross incompetence in NNPCs management.

Otherwise, the offer letters were not even ready at all and NNPC are not ready for new intakes yet.
