am just afraid of not being called an opportunist

pay some little amount as rent even if she doesn't request or pay all utility bills and repairs for compound. Hopefully she is keeping her husband in the loop.

Please i need a candid advice on this issue. My sister husband is in abroad, and they have a flat at their backyard that's useless. It all depends on how long you want to stay and if you're prepared to accept insults when it comes until your house is ready.

You know how your sister behave and your wife's behaviors too.
