I was shocked the day I saw this man with one other man in ifite awka.

I was shocked. He was a serving governor then. Only him and the man on a black Toyota hiace. I know it was very wrong as it can endanger his life. It was on a Sunday, they came to inspect an ongoing road project, no one was at the site. Me and few guys were inside an uncompleted building smoking weed, so when the vehicle passed, we all dodged thinking it was police or security ( black hiace and tinted glass). As we were peeping to know who it was, lo and behold, Peter obi stepped out with the man. They started inspecting the gutters and making hand gestures. After that they left.
