I am hurt emotionally. Please I need your advice on this. My IDP MOD, IELTS result is LRSW - 7, 7, 7.5, 7 and with this result, my CSR score will be 408. However, if I had 8 in listening my CSR score will be 472. Do you advise I remark listening module? Is there a chance it will change to 8? My birthday is coming up in two months time consequently, I will drop by 5 points. Please advise I need to get ITA before my birthday... |

Quickly register for the next test and take it. The chances of remark changing is low although you can try your luck Collineno: |

Greetings everyone, I actually just ran my CRS for eligibility and my Score was 426 with LRWS - 8,7,7,7 but after maxing out the IELTS score it gets upgraded to 441. My questions are : 1) How visible is acquiring an LRWS - 9,8,8,8 2) Is CRS 441 go enough for the entry pool 3) If I don't meet CRS cut off is the student visa route advisable? Regards. |

ohizzy:get an extra degree to boost your scores to 474 max.441 was good in 2018 not today. Student visa is hard as the rejection rate is high as 80% for Nigerians. 3 Likes |

Good day everyone. I must say this platform is highly informative. God bless you all. Please I need your advice on the issue of my transcript. I applied for CIPM transcript and my BSc transcript early 2019. CIPM transcript came out a week upon request duly sealed, stamped and addressed to WES by the institute but I was told to send it myself. I held on to it waiting for my OOU transcript so I can send them together. To my surprise, BSc transcript never came. It has been story upon story. I was just called to come and pick it up this week. My question is: If the BSc transcript is sealed, stamped and addressed to WES, can I send both CIPM and BSc together? My fear is if WES will not reject my transcript on the ground that the date are wide apart. March 2019 and February 2020 respectively. Thank you as I await your response. |

Kekereekun123: just want to talk about the bills, that is why one must have investment plan in place that would be taking care of the bill here in Nigeria if not one will just be working and be paying bill. if i have 3m units of zenith bank that gives me about 8+m in dividend payment and then be converting the money for bills payment while the money realise from work will be invested more if not person will work to settle bills alone. 1 Like 2 Shares |

Kekereekun123: Thanks, but the least degree is for me to apply for a 1year Msc program with Age not on my side as well. I'll appreciate if there's any short course or alternative method to boost my CRS. Regards. |

Collineno:Remarking subjective components i.e. Listening & Reading is a big risk. Why would he/she take such risk to add six points and after all crs won't still be up to recent cut off? In your own case however, you are yet to meet up EE required band with 7 in listening, and you are taking a very big risk as well. But if you feel so confident of your performance then you can go ahead. My opinion Hope that helps 2 Likes |

Collineno: The listening score won't change (unless there was a clerical error in the marking - extremely unlikely). You're better off retaking the test. Sorry to bring you bad news. 2 Likes |

Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 9 by ieltscharlie(m): 7:02pm On Feb 02, 2020 |
Collineno: Your listening mark won't change with a re-mark, unless there has been a clerical error (possible, but very unlikely). Even if there were a clerical error, it would probaby only affect 1 question - this won't be enough to increase your band score by 1.0, so a re-mark will be a waste of money. Sorry. Read this article for more information on re-marking https://ieltscharlie.com/ielts-remark/ 2 Likes |

Collineno: You won't see a place to upload your ECA. When you are asked if you completed your degree in Canada, you select no.. And then you are asked if you have evaluated your degree, once you select yes, it automatically asks for the evaluation body you used and also request you to fill in your ECA number 1 Like |
