This is where his power stops.

The United States is bigger than us in population yet have 9 Supreme Court justices. What do we need even 14 for not to talk of 21?. All they do is sit on election cases as if that's the only issues that concern the people. We don't need more than 9. The rest are just to complete the quota system. It's normal in a democracy for a president to give his nod to appointment of judges in a democracy just that in a heavily r etarded nation like Nigeria the whole thing is usually bastardized.
Take for example this ethnocentric government will want to favour it's people in choosing judges just like they did in choosing almost all the security chiefs from their tribe, and looking at those names up there some don't sound like their people so they tossed the list aside, just like when it took them ages to appoint onnoghen . They did not want him and needed an excuse to oust him and get a pliant cjn like they finally have now. Those funny electoral judgments is a testament to what I am saying.
