Lagos is overpopulated, and a lot of people who can not afford a standard life in that city have no business being there. They should go to their villages and build businesses and fight off the herdsmen.

PDP ruled Nigeria for 16years, and the effect of PDP's disastrous years of lawlessness, impunity, looting, Insurgency, Poverty and Corruption is affecting the nooks and crannies of the states including Lagos State. Name a single state ruled by PDP, that is better than lagos

The outright ban is anti people and anti Lagos.

This is Lagos not Akure, not Owerri, not Kaduna.

The traffic in Lagos , no state in Nig can witness it. It is likened to the ones in Colombia and Indonesia which are caused by poor road networks with a high number of vehicles plus bad weather respectfully.

On so many occasions people order gokada from inside a standstill traffic lockjam of Lagos after being stuck for hours on the same spot.

I have spent 6 hours from Igando to Ojodu inside a traffic before.

Okada plying sub Lagos roads isnt as bad as Lagos not have enough roads. Lagos isnt yet a smart City. A Smart City must come with amenities at disposal No one can put a Cart before the horse and expect a forward movement. And that's exactly what Sanwo is doing. Only God knows his advisers

Let him give us multiple layers roads in form of over heads.

Lagos is after thought plan but they can work it out. Imagine NEW LAGOS( Lekki road)that was created during Tinubu facing a number of rated traffic congestion from 3pm.

We would have thought that they should make lanes in that area nothing less than 8 lanes. Is it when it would be difficult to uproot Eko hotel ot Quillos club that they would be able to do it when they had failed from the time of nothingness?

Let them regulate Okada. Let them register/licence Opay and other company driven motor cycles under Lagos state int gen. revenue outlet. And licence them to ply some roads. Give them mastered and designated bus stops scattered around Lagos and also the working time frames .

This is the way forward!

If dey still give Opay allow they will eventually take allowance...
