The last time Ghana economy was in a terrible state to warrant an IMF bailout and all aid agencies assistance was in the 70s to 80s.

And with all of those years of an idle state in GH economy, Kenya with twice the population couldnt even try to be better off than Ghana.

Europe, Russia have the finances to save their agriculture sector.

Ghana had armyworms last year or so but because we had money to mitigate the effects, we still made bumper harvest in grains.
As long as we are members of the IMF, we will make use of the monies that are available to our advantage than to borrow from elsewhere at expensive rates to solve bureaucratic matters.
