Im just trying to show you that countries who get IMF bailouts are not synonymous to countries who get loans. With loans you have no special treatment and you can do without them, its like me giving you a debt on friendly terms, for your own independently determined use, I dont dictate what you do with it, but which you have to repay as we agree. With IMF bailout, the conditions are different right from the beginning. You first have to be in serious economic ruin that your entire survival and future depends on urgent rescue. Basically you cant see your future beyond the next couple of years. Dont get confused son. The IMF then has to come up with a plan (slightly involving you ofcourse) whereby they decide where and how the money they give you will be used to resuscitate and stimulate the dying economy.
