Lool. It should be clear enough from my post. I don't believe the claims of any religion after I re-examined the one I grew up in and others. I am atheist, if that is what you want to hear.

And NO, an atheist is not someone that is angry with "God" because without these religions we won't be speaking of "God" in the first place. An atheist is simply someone that doesn't approve of the claims of any religion contrary to what lots of people think.

To add a further note, the etymology of the word: A-theist, which means negation of theist I.e. opposite of theist. A theist is someone that believes in a particular religion. So an atheist is simply one that doesn't believe in any religion.

That Is the first step to liberation.
Religion might try to name that “Source”
And that is a common term across all religions,
Man tries(d) to control Nature
Then man had to control himself - Government, Systems,Name it .

Speaking of religion, as intellectuals, we should always be open to re-examine our long held believes no matter how attached we feel to them. We should always be sceptical.

The fact that a book tells you a person existed at so-so time and did so-so thing does not mean you should believe it. Test this things in the light of modern knowledge and historical events to be sure. Not just for the sake of "feeling spiritual". This people could have had ulterior motives before pushing it down the throats of our forefathers.

For the records. I'm not affiliated to any religion whatsoever. I freed myself from it after I reexamine my believes. I looked like I would never be able to do without it at the start but now, I'm glad I freed myself.

However, knowledge is infinitesimal. What can be known from what is known is in itself infinitesimal. The knowledge behind the so called info you are waiting for is itself infinitesimal. Man cannot know beyond what his brain can handle.

You can only talk at the level of that which you know. Which in itself is insignificant, vis-a-vis the knowledge in the galaxy of galaxies.

1. I am not trying to shove my beliefs down anyone's throat. I am surprised that no attempt was made to answer any of the 10 issues of focus.

2. Funny enough, none of the guys I invited to that thread attempted to answer the issues raised with all the sincerity I could muster. If I had posted those 10 issues here, GeniusOla and his team would have been swift to answer them because of the pool of metastable hopefuls here to issue likes to his comments. This suggests that their earlier comments here was inspired by their quest to chase clout. There are times when silence is not golden.

Most PhDs are generally very useless and mostly acquired for social status - nothing wrong with his though. I was offered an opportunity for full PhD scholarship earlier this year but I turned it down because the area did not interest me and it would not have really solved a problem.

I will only go for a PhD if in my daily interactions, I become curious to know more about a concept that could really make a scientific impact or if sponsored to do so based on a need. Definately not for the sake of acquiring it or prestige.
