In Madrid, he had team mates who made.life easy. The fact that he could not score 20 goals in 2008/2009 after scoring 31 shows that he would not have maintained it.

You have jumped from your initial argument of doing it in a weaker league because I brought his record in the champions league to the quality of players he was playing with. How many other players in that Madrid team was averaging those same amount of goals playing with those same players? Put Ronaldo in the city team of the last 2 seasons and he will be banging in 60 to 70goals regularly. It's Ronaldo you are talking about my guy.
