Good evening everyone, please guru in d house. I want to confirm... How can I explain the source of funds in my salary account..?? because I have a lot of huge amount of money deposited in my account.. what should I do

One option is to tell the truth. You would know the source. An extra thing to do is to remove the moneys from your salary account, such that it is clear that the balance you will submit had been saved up from your salary.

I do Europe almost every year since the last 5years, just want try elsewhere but as it is, I’m just forget UK
TechSpot:

Your refusal letter is similar to mine... UK ECOs are so so lazy, they won't go through the statement to read the transaction description or do a thorough job to check if truly your explanation for the source of funds tally with what is on your bank statements. They even used the same phrase "unknown sources" they used for me for you.

If you have more documents to proof the ECO wrong you can reapply cos that's what they really want (they want to chop double application fees). So don't waste your time complaining cos they won't reverse the decision rather they will suggest you reapply. They are after the application money.

If you are really seeking a vacation forget the UK, apply to European countries, South Africa or Latin America they will gladly give you visa with this your account balance. That's what I did. I don park UK for one side

Good day everyone.. please I'm confused right now.. I applied for Uk visa with my old passport, thinking I would submit without booking appointment (walk in), but before I knw it was already less than 6 months .. And later I came to realize, If i submit my application, I might not be issued visa , so I had to collect a new passport and they have already cancelled the old one ...

The problem is , I don't know what to do again... So Confused . should I cancel the application ? and get my money back or submit it like that.

Thanks
Cancel it then reapply with the new passport

Open a separate account for your business. Plenty crediting from undefined sources or sources without proofs disturbs ECOs eyes.

How old are you? Have you gotten admission in a UK school? What is your relationship with your sponsor? Can your sponsor provide bank statements?

Hi guru in the house, I'm planning to apply for UK visa for a conference. I'm a first time applicant and I have a registered company that has huge inflo and outflow but I do not have a specific amount I pay myself. The conference is related to my business.

My question is, do I need to state that my company is paying for the conference and transfer the amount from my business account to my personal account to show the fund? Meanwhile there are transfers made from my business account to my personal account shown on statement but not salary because the figures varies.

Another question the company is limited, is it necessary for my second director to write an introduction letter stating the aproval of the certain amount for my travel ?

Someone should help me with link for the application. Thanks
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by giselle237: 7:39pm On Feb 06, 2020
The cheapest way to get that visa is to separate your business from your personal funds.. they are not interested in your company having huge inflow and outflow as you mentioned..
If I am allowed to advice, I say u should get your finances right by starting to pay yourself a fixed income for the next 6 months so that you have a fixed sum to serve as salary and you would have money in your personal savings account with a SOURCE.
It will den be easier for u to have an idea of a disposable income and to have an idea of a budget.
U can then transfer any extra funds as funds approved for the travel... also the second director can minute on it that funds have been approved for your travel. This is only applicable AFTER you have gotten ur finance part right by having a salary and separating business funds from personal funds.
The two should not be mixed together.

Please what are my chances:
I was refused a student visa in 2007 they said my sponsor ( father)didn’t have enough funds to fund my master’s program.
They also accused me of presenting a fake NYSC certificate, which of course was a lie from the pit of hell, as I completed my NYSC without issues and got this same discharge certificate I presented, and have been using it to work for 15 years now.

I intend applying for a tourist visa in some months time. What are my chances, considering the highlighted reason for refusal?
Do I have to state this if asked the reason for previous refusal?
Please advice.

Thank you for your respond and advise, if my business is sponsoring me for the conference as my 2nd director will write and my statement of account also indicate that, does it matter if I have little saving outside he fund transfer for the purpose of conference to my account? i have land property documents and other investment to show.

Please can I walk in or book appointment for biometric?. Thanks

Point out the reason for the refusal, especially that of the NYSC certificate. Let them know that the certificate is real. You should also include copy of the certificate just to clear yourself

... b4 they come out to type in refusal letter dt anytin is fake, dey go thru their verifications very well.. take ur time and remembr..
Nd if it was spotted as fake seems u wer banned .. when dey say fake document, d refusal will b under dt of ban (320 or so and tht is for 10 yrs..
now this is 2020... ur credibility has alrdy been stained by dt event believe it or not.. so try ur best dis tym to deliver an impeccable application if not dey will just look for one story and giv u refusal.

Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by bigtt76(f): 8:49pm On Feb 06, 2020
Why not? You can invest your disposable income and use the statement for your application but you must take time to ensure that your source of disposable income cum invested funds must be clearly defined.

Don't go and submit bank statement for disposable income of say N150k per month and instead of having N900k invested, you have N2million in your invested funds, you would need to confirm the source of the balance N1.1million additional fund. This is where the issue lies.

I still have the refusal documents and just checked now.
Don’t they state it expressly if you are banned?

Yes it falls under section 320, and they didn’t state that i am banned. I was also asked to appeal the decision.

Besides, that certificate will be fake only if NYSC issued me a fake certificate
