Mariesio:What it means is that they won't accept student copy. So best you attach a copy address to the body. You can also email or call them for any clarification. |

wasd4luv:No, bank statement is not enough for EA. Tax statement for the 6 years or pension would be required. Your qualification will only be approved, however, your RSEA won't be positive. |

funshobabs: For Polytechnic lecturer, your occupation should be "Vocational Education teacher". If you teach a trade subject in the institution - TRA if you teach a non-trade subject - VETASSESS. You should confirm 1. which of the two categories you belong 2. the uni/poly you graduated from 3. the years the degrees were awarded. Your spouse English result is enough. her occupation is not available on Aussie occupation list. |

Bodacious1: Yours is a special case o...I'm wondering why offer letter was not enough for your assessor. Payslips, bank statement showing salary payment, tax clearance or pension. You should also re-attach the offer letter when submitting. |
Re: DIY Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa - Part 2 by sbank: 1:51pm On Feb 07, 2020 |
Twostargeneral: Your information is a bit not clear. is your 12 years experience as ML Scientist? We actually don't work with overall score here, so you will need to state the results for the 4 bands of your IELTS. ECA ---not an Aussie term but a Canny term and does not have any correlation to Aussie immigration. Provide update on the enquiries above and we can proceed. You should also state your spouse's details too. |

Lol, a special good case. As per ACS guidelines, I can only submit pay info for myself (which I already did anyway) not for the deponent. If you can remember or suggest anything else, I'll be grateful. Thanks. sbank: |

Thank you very much. I teach in the department of mechanical engineering. I saw am suitable for vetassess. But the fee is crazy. Please permit me to ask more questions. 1. How do i get my documents to vetassess?do they take transcript from individuals or it has to go from the institutions. 2. Do I send both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees? 3. What are my chances of getting a positive assessment? 4. What next after a positive assessment. 5. Are there any proof of funds for the whole process? Thank you. sbank: |

Goto aims.org.au and read about what and what is required for assessment. Secondly, drop your individual points so we can determine your point score from English. Your overall score is enough for assessment with aims. From the little info you dropped, here are your possible points Age 25 Education 15 English NA Experience 15 If single extra 10 points If married, State your spouse details. State nomination 15

|

tunlex01: Thank you. Since I'm targeting the 190 stream, I've decided to assess as an ICT Project Manager (which is closer to my actual job and I have a PMP) I also understand that ICT Project Manager may be moving from STSOL to MLTSSL https://docs.employment.gov.au/documents/skilled-migration-lists-review-traffic-light-bulletin-consultation-december-2019-february Can you please share a link to know which state is nominating for this? (My preferred place is Melbourne) Thank you so much. |

ogbevireo: Tips for Writing. 1. Write a minimum of the number of required words. 2. Make sure your essay addresses the questions asked (Highly important). 3. Start off with a story - any story - related to the topic. Make it as long as possible, and then start actually responding by saying something like 'As we can see from the above...' Speaking 1. Address all questions. 2 Tell related stories 3. Watch E2 YouTube videos Writing and Listening 1. Practice old questions. 2. Review the answers to understand their system eg usually, it is one question per paragraph in reading so you don't need to go back. 3. Always read question first. Tells you what to look for in reading and listening. Go smash! 4 Likes 4 Shares |

sbank:Thanks for replying to me. My 12 years experience has been as a medical Laboratory Scientist. Basically in a Molecular Research. IELTS score - LSRW 8.0, 7.5, 6.5, 6.0. HUBBY has Msc but will not be writing IELTS. Although I had just registered for another IELTS against March. |

funshobabs: It's somewhat tiresome when people are asked many questions and they decide to respond to just one and still require us to give further insights to their requests. My earlier post was for me to get a better understanding. I'm not gonna use it to get shopping coupons lol. If mechanical engineering is classified as a non-trade course---that's Vetassess. Cost shouldn't be an issue for people applying to Australia. It's expensive at each stage but the best part is you take it one step at a time. 1. Read Vetassess website for the process. It's super clear on the website. 2. This was why I asked my initial question. 3. Positive assessment is based on you following the requirements stated and how your job descriptions aligns to a VET (non-trades) 4. You look for state nominating your occupation and create EOI(s) on SkillSelect 5. Some states do require verifiable documents to prove your POF. 1 Like 1 Share |

Twostargeneral: You can assess as a MLS with AIMS however you will be given Medical Laboratory technician which is enough to get ITA. You will only be given MLS after you write the professional exam Your score is good for assessment but not good enough for state nomination or visa application cos it's zero point. You need a minimum of 7 in IELTS in each band to get 10 points. Why is hubby not writing IELTS? and I was asking for his full details like you stated for yours not just MSc. this is ensure you maximise your points to get nomination faster. Experience4u is also a MLS grant holder. |

Bodacious1: Thank you very much. Apparently, they need AUD30,000 as proof of funds. That destabilized me a bit. Is it the same across board for all states, because I'm already shifting eyes to NSW Bodacious1: Thank you very much. Apparently, they need AUD30,000 as proof of funds. That destabilized me a bit.
