At times, cash na cash especially when it has to do with a previously trapped funds. If I can get 10% of what I pumped into Bank PHB, I go happy die.

Ex, the weakest I have changed £ in the last 15yrs was in the mid 2000s when it was #194ish to £1. Today the rate is say #470=£1. This implies about 150% depreciation.

Ok
On 04/05/2009 I bought Nascon @4
On 21/08/2009 I bought Nascon @3.01

+ numerous others

You do the maths ...

It does beat the exchange rate differential pants down

Could you kindly oblige me with information about a trading platform that is as clear, straightforward, and simple like Meritrade and as cheap as Morgan Capital? Abeg .

That Sanusi really messed up a lot of things, including FBNH before he became CBN Gov.

Are you abusing me or what ?

Meritrade does not suit my SCALPING strategy, because of high expenses.
I would no longer have anything to do with Morgan, where i have to be searching and searching all the time, for anything i want to do. I use android phone.

So, you see why I'm asking for help?

NSE ALLSHARE INDEX UPDATE FOR CLOSE OF BUSINESS 7 FEB 2020

Loss for the week: -2.69%
Gain for the year: 4.56%

Index close at: 28067.09. I will say not that that bad in general.

Happy weekend to all.

And also saved a lot of depositors and shareholders.

Alpha Merchant Bank died about 20 years ago depositors will be paid this year, I am not sure if shareholders will have anything at the end of the day.

The bank CEOs will prefer the banks to die rather than losing their plum jobs and the banks to be recapitalised.

Which is better for the depositors and the shareholders

It also works on my Samsung galaxy, i do trade, but the platform is so shrouded, and complex. I don't find it convenient at all. Got to be clicking myriads of links to get things done. Reverse is the case with Meritrade, but their charges will render scalping unprofitable.

Does anyone know what tax rate insurance companies are taxed at for corporate taxes? I'm seeing ridiculously low tax rate for a lot of insurance companies....based on their unaudited q4 2019.

I thought they're taxed at the normal rate of 30% but it is looking like it is much lower.
