Mine is 307, the car is great but it is too complicated for naija mechanic. Everything about the car is electrical and it can develop electrical fault at any time. Imagine common seat belt is electrically linked to airbag and small fuse issue will render the seat belt unusable, that is how complex the car is. I v made up my mind that my next car will certainly be Japanese probably Toyota or Honda, bye bye to European cars, they are just too complicated for our mechanics. 1 Like |

Gwagone:Well you will be forgiven in your sterotypical thought pattern since you have not bought a car or even used a Honda, brand. Honda goes head to head in competition with the toyotas in the US and Canada. Go and find out. They build great engines. The only thing to note is that Honda dont take abuse. Give it the right parts and fluid and you are good to go. Some of the models were recalled for particular factory errors. (Transmission).. The accord and civic of 2000 to 2003 models suffered transmission issues. Toyota also had several recalls, more than Honda sef. So dont base your opinion on hearsay. Do research and get hard facts and evidence. Uncle Tom has been rocking his baby boy since 2008 and it is still in pristine condition. The man is legendary for maintaining cars sha. The bull dog is also rugged. The op probably bought an abused one, a lemon or he was terrible at maintenance. 8 Likes |

Most of the people saying Honda is not good and keep complaining about how the ball joint removes, i want to believe that’s their own fault Nigerians normally don’t have a maintenance culture.. My first car was VW jetta 2001 model. The car was a beast on the road, i used it to 3 years and i never had any issues with it. Now I drive a 2014 honda accord, i have been using it since 2016, and i can tell you i have never experience any ball joint removal or any faults at all... when I wanted to buy the car then, i was contemplating on buying a Nigerian used one, but my mechanic said something that really got me.. like’ bros the worst tokunbo car is better than the best Nigeria used car... i almost fainted...but today i am enjoying the honda and i am a regular traveller.. Toyotas are just being over hyped with empty interiors.. 11 Likes 4 Shares |
