That nonsense kept happening until I went to report to the CDA chairman and other members of the landlord association and I told them I was ready to behead whoever was doing that nonsense to me and ready to go to jail for it and I meant it cos I was already getting frustrated. They had to go announce it in the association meeting and also told their members to warn their tenants. It was shortly after that stern warning that the person doing it stopped it. Terrible things are happening. During that period, I got to realize that the vigilante people guarding the area have caught people bathing naked at the center of the road in the middle of the night before and when accosted and asked why they were doing it, they couldn't explain anything. These are people with functional bathrooms in their houses o.
