I contacted support on your behalf about the question you asked me about the W-8BEN form, see the attached screenshots of my conversations.
I suggest you just fill it out as best as you can since they don't verify it, so it is basically for formality sake for other countries but not the US

I have finally filled out the form and uploaded my ID. I await verification which they say will take BTW 3 to 5 working days.
