there was no confusion whatsoever ,they removed it because of countries law against such features ,that was why it was available only Chinese ROM,but they will bring it back pending when they deem fit

We all know it's due to fear of privacy infringement lawsuits, but they re now saying they will bring it back, now my question now goes, How can they achieve that? Are they gonna beg and plead with those countries with privacy law to allow(bend the law) them implement the feature back again? or will they find a hidden walk-around to embed the feature which will now turn to violation of the proposed agreement cos last I checked u can only stay within the confinements of the law. I think it will come as an option. So the end user will have the choice of Mi dialer or Google dialer. This way, it might not implicate Xiaomi if there's any misuse by the end user. And it will come as a system update like the AOD on amoled enabled mobiles

even at that its still accessible to the end user which still goes against the privacy infringement of the use of the call recorder. The only ideal way to deal with this is to give a prompt dailogue to alert call receivers that the call is being recorded hence its left for the person to choose to either continue and be cautious or to end such calls , with this twill be based on mutual agreement.
