Hulk616 is actually right.

I just rewatched endgame this afternoon and endgame was really robbed.

Infact I strongly think that the movie is so good that a new category ought to be created in its honour.

The category should be named "Yeye comic fanboys movie of the year" and hulk616 and urahara should receive it on marvel behalf.

Nonsense and far from home.

Just so you know, Endgame is my personal favourite movie of 2019 (not kidding)

My personal opinion doesn't make it the best.
Personal favouritism is subjective so I understand if it is not worthy of any nominations and I suggest that you do same and stop crying

For those of you saying Black Panther was nominated for the Best Picture a year ago, you do know that it only got nominated out of sentiments and political bias.

If The Dark Knight and Dark Knight Rises could be sacrilegiously ignored by The Academy those years for Best Picture, there is absolutely no way Black Panther stood a chance with it's Average Storyline. These Movies were what paved the way for comic book Movies today to become relevant in Awards season as the Oscars adjusted a bit after the Backlash on ignoring The Dark Knight for Best Picture.

It was merely just nominated to appreciate how Iconic the movie was and it's portrayal of the African Race as a unique, smart and technological advanced People. It was MORE of Racial card Politics than TRULY artistic GENIUS.

"Africa has its own Superhero Now" .
endgame was ignored too. cry cry

My bro , Endgame doesn't deserve best picture.

It's storyline is plain.

My point was that Oscars could be quite bias.

Themes in Spiderman far away from home

Deception

Responsibility

Legacy

Vengeance

The butterfly effect.

Questions on what is real and not ?

Mentor-protege relationship

Conflicting identities

Living up to expectations.

Everybody and their dog can make out a theme from something else. That's why you see some white people will see a triangle painting and say it speaks to them.

The simple truth is that Marvel movies don't have profound messages. They are just films to seat back and enjoy.

If black panther had a message , it would be obvious to pretty much everybody and you wouldn't have had to search the internet for the write up you told me to read.

I asked you what special message black panther has and you posted themes.

Heck even Amina the sugar girl has themes.

Black panther was simply a movie to sit back and enjoy just like most mcu movies.

No deep message

You mean Ralia?

Just finished watching parasite after the Oscar wins... The movie really deserves it, I was engaged from the 1st minute till the last... Really enjoyed it.
It's a masterpiece. The attention to detail, the symbols and metaphors, the profoundly poignant themes makes this movie a classic.

I still believe Klaus was better though. Toy story 4 follows the same formula as other Toy story. Yeah, it was told in an interesting way. However, Klaus brought a refreshing and heart-warming story about Santa Claus.
Klaus is refreshing indeed. It's actually a non-romanticised alternate origin story of Santa Claus. An origin story from the POV of adults

Well said. This is exactly my sentiment and why I'd choose Klaus over Toy Story 4.

Who gave them the idea that Margot Robbie could sell a movie...cos she's pretty?
Most of her box office success has been playing supporting roles...
Will Smith was the star power in suicide squad and focus, Di caprio same in wolf of Wall Street etc...
she's no Angelina Jolie for sure.
Worldwide boxoffice sales would be greatly reduced due to china's coronavirus and China is a big player in the international market

Brad Pitt's opening comment at the Oscars has made me loose all respect for him as a person.

He should have just took his award and made jokes of something else, not the failed impeachment of the U.S President.

Bro no vex but are you an American citizen?

Why should someone personal opinion about his country of origin be of concern to you?

If I have an opinion to air, I will want to say on the grandest of occasions and it does not come better than the Oscar award ceremony

When you have horsehiit to spill the last place to do it on an oscar stand in front of millions watching worldwide when you are getting an oscar.

Ofcose you don't understand the gravity of the situation with the Bolton story.
Its not a joke, he should pick a joke from one his famous roles.

Not a kangaroo impeachment process that will go down in history as a scandal.

I won't understand the simple fact that Senate didn't allow a willing witness to testify?

Don't make me laugh.

You learn, so you can teach. Be it in America or Nigeria.

I want to ask you, are you aware of how the impeachment process works?

Is it the senate's job to call witnesses that was never called in congress?
Why was the "willing" witness not called to testify in the house where the impeachment process started?
Why did the house managers not subpoenaed the "willing" witness, instead they want the senate to do their job for them?

It has always been about the narrative, and using Brad Pity (because he is famous) for this as low as it could get.

He should stick to acting movies, he will only look like a fool if he thinks the senate should call a witness that the house managers did not subpoenaed for them.

I am more concerned about why Buhari didn't sack his service chiefs despite recommendation by the legislature.

Now imagine Mercy Johnson while receiving her award on stage saying that Buhari is doing a good job by keeping the service chiefs so she will be brief with her speech.

In other words famous people can push propaganda, that's why am calling out Brad Pity, its was all Hollywood and movies until he made that comment.
