You have to get a a care giver job offer, because that what u will use to apply for the programm. Then u need eca( waec is d minimum requirements) and ielts of i think 4.5444.. u ll be given a visa for 5 years, 2 years after u get ur PR

My transcript was sent finally. It took them 9 months to send it. Can you imagine?

I know if I had followed it up by going there myself to expedite the process, it would have been ready a long time ago but I decided to just follow the normal process...and it took 9 months. That's so sad.

First, unilag deos not respond to email verification. Fact!
They will wait for the hard copy via standard mail. This takes abt 6wk-8wks. There is absolutely nothing you can do.
The only alternative would be to inform WES that you need the verification sent via international courier, which will take a few days. You will be billed 85CAD for this. Also, you will be given a tracking number to know when it arrives unilag.
If you don't have a timeline, then just wait for the slow mail to arrive.
