Job Description

Tetra Tech Nigeria is delivering the DFID-funded United Kingdom Nigeria Infrastructure Advisory Facility (UKNIAF) infrastructure improvement works.
The programme’s duration is contracted for an initial 48 months with a possible 24-month extension.

Responsibilities

Providing clerical and administrative support for the office operations
Keeping a guest registry and ensuring that all guests to the office sign in and sign out at the desk upon arrival
Receiving guests and courier packages and ensuring that it gets to the right person
Using a personal computer to send and receive emails
Using a personal computer to provide clerical support to staff and using word and excel
Using a scanner to provide support to staff by scanning and emailing documents
Monitoring toner requirements for printers and photocopiers and ensuring there is always one spare toner cartridge in storage
Supervising any operational contractors who come into the office for the purpose of carrying out repairs (e.g. AC maintenance, plumbing and electrical repairs, etc.)
Supervising the cleanliness of office space, including desks, floors, kitchens and washrooms in the morning, throughout the day and at day’s end
Managing the office supplies requirements for the office including keeping an inventory of supplies and reordering when necessary
Managing the kitchen consumables including keeping an inventory of consumables (tea, coffee, milk, sugar, etc), and reordering when necessary
Managing the cleaning supplies and reordering when necessary
Where there is a BQ on the property, ensuring the space is cleaned daily
Providing support for conferences and meetings in the office
Carrying out special duties, as required

Education and Experience

A minimum of a first degree or Diploma
Previous work experience in a receptionist role is desirable
Experience and enthusiasm for cleaning is expected

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Ability to use a personal computer, email, Excel and Word
Ability to use other office equipment (scanner, photocopier, etc.)
Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing (English is required for this position)
Ability to track purchases and inventories

Duties

Review regularly all policies, systems, and procedures including emergency drills

Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and preventive measures

Liaise with Government agencies, parastatals, and local institutions on all security situations and matters for effective planning and necessary action.
Develop emergency response and Crisis Management plans including evacuation and Business Continuity Planning
Develop accurate security information system and Surveillance activities that will ensure company readiness to handle emergencies
Conduct Security Risk and Vulnerability Assessment for all existing and new assets and operations.
Prepare monthly Security statistical report to management.

Requirements

A Chief Security Officer that knows his job, one that can represent Efugo Nigeria Limited always.To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree
Previous security experience, preferably working within an industry which monitored large volumes of people movement

I opened more than 65 bank account per month and also issued ATM Cards to the customers.

As a drug freelancer: January 2018 – October, 2018
I buy and sale drugs to different Pharmacies and patent stores where I covered so many parts of FCT.

As Assistant Pharmatex Industries Limited Sales Representative: April, 2017–December, 2017
Basically, I assisted Pharm. Kenneth Chijioke where he carried out the following responsibilities:
Drug detailing, Drug Delivery to different customers, Managing Budgets, Writing of sales report and meeting with new customers. We covered Enugu state.



As a Corper: 27th April 2016 – 7th April 2017.
I served at IMADE College OWO, Ondo State. I thought junior secondary school two, basic science for two terms. Where I made lesson notes on a weekly basis and entered classes on daily basis from 7:30am - 4pm. I thought ten (10) arms (A-J) comprising of 600 students, I gave them test and exams and recorded their scores appropriately. On seeing my accuracy and dedication to duty, the school management promoted me to teach Senior Secondary school 1 physics. I was also the president of my Community Development scheme (CDS), under the umbrella of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) where we engaged in different activities like public enlightenment on drug abuse, effect of refuse to health and menstrual cycle.

As an undergraduate: 2011 – 2015
I owned and ran a business outlet where I sold clothing materials to fellow students and the school community.

Required Qualifications:
1. Minimum of bachelor’s degree in law and must have been called to the Nigerian Bar.
2. Minimum of 3 years’ overall experience in a legal position

Job Responsibilities

7. Assisting the Head of Legal Affairs in drafting legal documents and contracts.
8. Responding to all inquiries with professionalism, diplomacy and ethics.
9. Attending general investment and project meetings as required for necessary documentation and projection of goals and duties.
10. Providing counsel and support to all legal matters concerning the company and ensuring that such matters are handled in a professional and timely manner.
11. Registration, perfection, verification of title, due diligence, documentation.
12. Rendering services relating to CAC, trademark registry
13. Any other legal service as required by the organization

Required Competences:
1. Results oriented self-starter with the ability to work without supervision
2. Ability to respond discretely and effectively to sensitive inquiries, complains and matters.
3. High level of integrity. Must possess good balance of thoughtfulness and action.
4. Advanced presentation and conveyancing skills associated with Real Estate and construction industry.
5. Ability to understand, analyze and interpret complex documents.
